SurFreak Backyard Glamping Experience #1

I was really not expecting to have such a great experience when I booked my stay at Udi’s tents. I needed a 2-night break between other stays in Santa Teresa, and I chose this place because the price was low enough to test it. I thought it would feel like camping, but it didn’t at all. The interior is absolutely gorgeous, open, and well-designed. The bed is so comfortable. I slept like a baby and enjoyed waking up to the sound of monkeys and birds chirping. It was a real jungle experience but with the luxury that fits what I enjoy at this stage in my life. The common areas were also beautifully designed and maintained clean at all times. The water pressure and temperature were great!! much better than some of the apartments I rented in town, and of course, getting to the beach in just a 5-minute walk, was perfect for my whole experience. Udi was a great host. He provided recommendations, ensured I had everything I needed, and made sure I was happy. I highly recommend to stay here.

We have stayed there before in the past, wonderful glamping tent with everything you need. Beautiful view and location, enjoyed driving down to the river and hiking the trails. Great for birdwatching and seeing a well run farm with coffee and chocolate bushes.

The decking behind the tent is raised up into the forest and made me feel deeply connected with the wild and natural surroundings, and I enjoyed seeing so much wildlife around and overhead - it was mind blowing! Sharon and Steve have an amazing part of the world and I’m so glad they’re happy to share it! The location is ideal; perched between Montezuma and Santa Teresa - both lively surf scenes, you’ll find your tribe here. The hosts were so helpful and welcoming, and they made my visit to the Nicoya Peninsula one that I’ll never forget!

We had a great stay here with amazing views and nature all around. We had the full complex to ourselves. The only downside is that there is limited restaurants nearby and you generally need to drive to puerto Jimenez which is only 15 minutes drive. Would definitely need a 4x4, we had a 2x2 and it struggled in the rain. Some of the villas looked abandoned but I assume they will be repairing for the high tourist season (we visited in September).

Our flight from San Jose was at 8 am, I decided to stay here, then right next to the airport. And it was the best decision. It was a very beautiful and unique experience. I couldn't believe my own eyes, how beautiful the place was.

Eco Luxe Glamping Tent #10 - King Bed at Holos

A beautiful experience in the valley of Costa Rica. The beds were so comfortable and the Shala space was amazing. The grounds are so beautiful, peaceful, and serene. I especially loved the bathtub in the middle of nature. So grateful for my time at holos.

The place and the host are amazing! We were able to see birds, butterflies and a guatusa. It is located in a private property, that not only made us feel safe about keeping our personal belongings in the tent but also gave us a lot of privacy. It is such a relaxing spot! The nearest restaurant was also delicious!

Beautiful glamping tent just across the road from a beautiful un crowded beach that stretches for many miles. I loved the privacy and openness of the space. The first night without AC was a bit too muggy but it cooled down the next two nights. There’s not much in town, but the pizza is good at the pizza place and there is a small market. I loved the off-the-beaten path feel. The beach is a little rough for swimming but we enjoyed frolicking in the waves

Wonderful glamping experience on a comfortable bed. We have slept in a lot of tents so we were used to this situation and this was a very nice tent, clean and felt private. The tent held up very well in a heavy storm we had when we were there. We especially enjoyed the shared food preparation area and the fresh juice smoothies available to purchase, they also have breakfast and other items available throughout the day.

Beautiful oasis and safe property to rest with our small children. Close to most stunning beach and sunset with flat water. Kind hosts! Thanks Yen and Misha for letting us take quite some space in the shared area. Our kids really enjoyed hanging out there, so did we.

Our family truly enjoyed staying at Chiri Glamping. Our son had a great time climbing on the rock wall, swinging, sliding, and soaking in the hot tub. The bed and linens were the most comfortable of all our accommodations in 12 nights in CR - luxurious and plush. The bathroom was surrounded by nature and the shower products were soothing and relaxing, and everyone had their own robe. The essential oils were a nice touch, and the ac kept the room cool and inviting. We cooked dinner in the well stocked kitchen, and my husband got an amazing cocktail in the beautiful restaurant. The front desk staff was friendly, thorough, and escorted us to our room. The view overlooks Santa Elena and it was striking to watch the clouds come in and then go out within minutes. This is truly and special experience. We did hear music in the night from a nearby business and there was a bike race in the morning that woke us quite early, but in this convenient to town location, it is inevitable. Recommended!

Highly recommend staying at this magical place…! Waking up to the sounds of the jungle is just priceless and the glamping experience stepped it up a whole notch for me. Super friendly staff and gorgeous waterfalls - would definitely come back here ! The only thing that could perhaps be better is that the complementary breakfast is a little small for hungry hikers. But also really tasty and served in the beautiful tree house style communal kitchen, so I guess that balances it out ;)

The place is beautiful The house is very nice with the sea a few steps away, the reception was very nice, access is a little different but a pleasant experience Definitely recommend this place

Only missing you start the Rancho Camurí adventure

Great property with unique activities and contact with nature. The owners are amanzinly welcoming! Totally recomended for a different stay. The views are the best in Cartago.
