Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Puntarenas Province

Our stay at Blossom Paradise was incredible! We were travelling with a 7 month old baby and this location was perfect. Slightly outside Puerto Viejo main strip making it a quiet great escape from the busy town but so easily accessible via walking, biking, Uber or Tuk tuk. The pool was a great way to spend the warm afternoons and proximity to the black beach was great! Jae our host was so receptive and offered great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The owner Jeffrey was so friendly and arranged for us to have fresh fruit (right off the trees all over their property!), and fresh coconut water one morning. There was a sloth in a tree in front of our casa just above our heads, and the howler monkeys were always fun to hear. We saw frogs, agouti, sloths, racoons, lizards, and bats without even leaving. Truly a paradise. Would absolutely stay here again. 10/10!!

An excellent option to spend it with friends good amenities and close to beaches, the street that takes you to the house is in poor condition so you have to be full of patience and most likely by the time we were visited by giant grasshoppers known as lobsters

Roger kept us up to date on everything with very clear instructions. Super clean house, a/c worked well, plenty of space for our dog and the early/late checkout was wonderful! Great stay! Very quiet neighborhood for a peaceful night sleep. Thank you!

The place is amazing and in a perfect part of town. For a small group, can’t imagine finding a better place. There did happen to be a very friendly neighborhood cat that kept visiting us. As someone who is not a cat person, I didn’t mind.

I cannot overstate how awesome this house was. The house was so cool we spent an hour one night just talking about how we would build this exact house if given the option. The rooms are massive. The beds are comfortable. The air conditioning and fans are excellent. The pool with a waterfall was so peaceful to listen to in the evenings. The GARDEN was beautiful. Yes. We all loved it. 10/10. 5 stars. No notes.

We were going to stay one night but extended another day after seeing how amazing the place and our hosts were. Amazing location overlooking the ocean. Close walk to nearby restaurants. The area was safe and we had no problems at all. Our hosts Dian and Horst were amazing!!! Can’t say enough about how awesome they are. We feel like we have found our first friends in Costa Rica!

Great and convenient location.

Had a great, but brief stay with David. The place was super clean and super close to the fantastic beach. I also got to meet David on site who was super helpful and provided a ton of info about Jaco.

This place exceeded our expectations in every way! The place itself is so nice- tall ceilinged airy rooms, equipped with everything you need, including AC in the bedroom. The patio outdoors and the landscaping are beautiful. You feel like you're in your own private jungle! Parking is safe and secure in a gated area. Quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again ☺️

Very nice accommodation, its price one of the best compared to others in the same building, is a great plus that I have laundry for only Q.1,900.00 colones, as well as a dryer with the lavafacil app, a wonder, helped us a lot. The place is very nice. 100% recommended.

Very cozy and low key airbnb in Monteverde. Beautiful sights from the balcony and lots of local spots you can check out in walking distance. Would book there again.

We were extremely surprised at how nice this place was not just the condo but the whole resort was gorgeous!! Only down side was the extremely firm beds. Could use a lite pillow top on them but honestly wasn’t a big issue. If only the sun had shown itself a bit more had a great time.

Lucio was the best Airbnb host I have had to date. He was always responsive, extremely friendly, and made sure our group was set up to have a great trip. The view on the back patio is so incredible it makes you never want to leave the condo. This place is even better than it looks in photos, which is hard to believe. My friends and I all agreed we would stay with Lucio again and staying at his Airbnb made our trip.

Lorenzo was so communicative and gave very clear directions! His recommendations for a fishing guide and local restaurants were amazing and did not disappoint! Not mentioned in the listing, he has a housekeeping service that will come clean and tidy your room daily. What a treat! I would recommend to fill and start the jacuzzi as soon as you arrive as it takes quite a bit to get warm. In the mornings it is to peaceful and you can clearly hear all of the sounds of the jungle with no road noise. We had squirrel and white faced monkeys who visited us on the balcony. They were very cute but I would not leave any clothes out to dry when they are around. The clothes ended up in the yard but were unharmed! lol definitely 5 stars

Jose’s Penthouse was perfect. This was our third trip to Jaco and we came with more people so needed a larger place and this definitely met our needs. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or even find some alone time if needed. The view was amazing and the pool was extraordinary; it was well maintained, nicely designed and there was always a lifeguard. Thank you so much…we will be back!

this condo was perfect for us, exactly what we wanted, close to the beach and walking distance to good restaurants. Was nice that beach towels were provided and a well equipped kitchen for what we needed. I would highly recommend this place and if we go back to Tamarindo I would stay there again. Darlene

Randal was a great host and the condo is in a great area. The community was experiencing low water pressure, but Randal was responsive and did what he could to try and improve it for us.

Host is very responsive and easy to work with.
