Vacation rentals in Punta Venado Eco Park

Marina’s place was a great find. We’ve been staying in PA for years, primarily at VDM, but were always curious about Chak Hal Al. We will certainly try to stay here again the next time we visit PA. We loved being so close to the water and having ocean views fill all of the windows. The balcony was also plenty spacious for our family to spend mornings enjoying coffee and listening to the waves, and we never had a problem securing a shade palapa on the beach. One of the best things was just how close the apartment is to the great restaurants and shops around the dolphinarium. It’s literally across the street from the front entrance. You’re just a few steps from fresh croissants, a dozen restaurants, a convenience store with groceries, and dive shops. Marina’s unit is very comfortable, wonderfully located, and a real bargain for the area!

Condo was modern and as described. Fully functional and well stocked kitchen and BBQ which was important to us because we were there for a month. There was a shortage of bath towels- we were a group of 4 and only 4 towels total and a few hand towels and one face cloth. It really wasn't enough. However lots of beach towels and a couple beach chairs cooler and umbrella to use. The complex was well maintained and very nice owners up at the pool however there is a major shortage of usable lawn chairs and so many days people would come up to the pool disappointed and leave. Laura was easy to communicate with and was responsive to our needs which was mostly water delivery! Area is awesome for street food and great restaurants. It's loud out there but it's Mexico. We Just expect that. Would stay again and would recommend to others.

Nice studio apartment in a fantastic location. Just Steps to 5th avenue shops, restaurants and nightlife and a couple of blocks to the beach. Despite being close to the action, the unit was quiet which was a pleasant surprise. The unit was clean and well appointed. I had a bit of trouble with check-in but hosts responded immediately and quickly resolved the issue. The rooftop pool was well maintained and offered a gorgeous view - the perfect place to start or end your day. My only complaint is that the unit I was in did not have a nice balcony. I would definitely stay in this building again but would chose one of the other units hosted by Sebastian to try get a nicer balcony. Overall, I highly recommend!

The location is amazing About 8 mins from the 5th the area is very quiet and the place is spotlessly clean! The rooftop is incredibly beautiful, very spacious and clean If I come back, I hope to be able to stay there!

The apt was very comfortable felt right at home. It’s about 10 minutes from the beach and easy to go anywhere else. This was a great stay for me and my 4 senior family members. Will definitely return!

Very nice accommodation, super clean. Well located to do everything on foot. ( grocer, 5th avenue, restaurant ) unfortunately the room that overlooks the very noisy main street. Basic amenity, enough to do well for the kitchen.

Hiccups! What hiccups?! was their response . meaning how quick they would respond to any of my unforseen encounters. I would recommend this rental to anyone. I stayed here for a month. The only time I started to get sad was when I only had 3 days left. The property was clean(unit and grounds) The dwelling was perfect. You will need nothing. Just come and enjoy yourselves . I wanna once again thank all the participants who was apart of making this month of my life filled with good memories.
