Vacation rentals in Punta Venado Eco Park

This was our second time visiting because it is such a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is even better than the photos. The condo’s private beach is amazing (chairs and palapas are available at any time of day, even during Christmas week), with a calm cove, incredible snorkeling, and lovely neighbors. It’s a quick, safe, and peaceful walk into town to restaurants and shops. And Hector is an excellent host—responding almost immediately with helpful answer to any questions! Could not recommend more highly, and we’ll definitely visit again!

Our stay at Sofia's place was wonderful. Our plane arrived early and we were able to check in early. Jose Luis's attention fabulous and what to say about the house. Beautiful, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and with linen from First quality. It makes you feel right at home. Cleaning of 10. The Mareazul complex is also fantastic, very good facilities with a spectacular pool. Frontline of the beach. We'll be back as soon as we can!!!!

We loved our stay! The penthouse is gorgeous and the amenities are just right. Having a kitchen was very nice - we enjoyed having a fridge, freezer, and microwave even though we ate out each day. I was concerned about street noise based on other reviews, but I think being on the top floor gave us enough distance from the street to enjoy peace and quiet. I am a fussy sleeper (the temperature has to be just right, the blanket weight and pillow fluffiness needs to be perfect) and I was very comfortable. We spent the first night in the downstairs bedroom but moved to the upstairs bedroom, which has individual fans over the beds and, in my opinion, better air conditioning. we traveled without a car and loved being close to everything - the beach (we paid for chairs at a bar for $10USD each), restaurants, cafes, etc. We've previously done playa del carmen resorts and missed the pools a bit, but got a day pass for a rooftop pool around the corner. We would definitely come back! 🩷

Chac Hal al is the best location in puerto aventuras. We have been going to puerto for years and are very familiar with the Chac. 90% of the condos in Chac are a little outdated. But the location more than makes up for it. As far as a host Maria was excellent. She allowed us to check in early due to our flight arriving 8 am and was quick to answer any questions I had. Overall she is a 5 star host in my view

Great place to call 2nd home. The layout is unique. You have a great patio kitchen and living room area on the 2nd floor. The bedrooms are on the 1st floor. There is more than enough room to make this a 2nd home for a huge family! Now the best part and to what I enjoyed the most was the swimming pool, the waterfall, the treehouse and accessibility. You are staying in Playacar a few minutes walk to fifth avenue, a stones throw from the beach, and yet so private and comfy. The A/C works great throughout the home. The wi-fi works great! The artwork is found through out the home so be ready to see some artwork not fount anywhere else in Mexico! There are 2 comfy beds and the rest were good.

Reynaldo’s place is perfect for a family holiday, lots of space for our little one to crawl and the pool and private beach club are fantastic. Playa del Carmen was quiet at the time of year we were there and extremely safe. Reynaldo’s communication was great and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!
