Vacation rentals with lake access in Province of Modena

We spent two weeks in this very nice apartment. We were pleasantly impressed by the garden, perfect for relaxing after a day of work. The apartment is well furnished and clean, with all the comforts you need to feel at home. The host was helpful and kind. I highly recommend this apartment!

Perfect place to stay along the Via Degli Dei. Right on the path and next to restaurant and shop. Red was super helpful and gave lots of information, he went out of his way to ensure our safe onward journey the following day. We would definitely recommend this place

I took the house for a few days to pick up with the group to finalize the recordings. Riccardo was very accommodating and kind to welcome the somewhatunusual proposal. The house is spacious and extremely bright, playing in the living room was very pleasant. When we were tired of playing, we were able to enjoy the garden and especially the forest that surrounds the house. Everything is just minutes by car from the highway, so very convenient. In short, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the city a little and enjoy some peace. A point of credit also goes to Riccardo's parents who welcomed us upon arrival, two really nice and kind people.

Apartment very close to the Cimoncino ski lifts, beautiful walks in the surroundings, quiet area. Pietro was very helpful in meeting our needs, and Gianni, who is the on-site contact, was able to resolve even small setbacks immediately. Cozy home for a family with two children and two dogs.

Staying at the Casina del Gelso was an experience in the true sense of the word, there time slows down and you have the opportunity to totally disconnect from the hectic pace of the city It is a pleasure to get lost in the paths of the woods, among the greenery and animals, it makes you really understand the actual value of a property in the countryside and all its benefits, a pleasant stay albeit short. I was Chiara's guest with my family with two very young children. Chiara's apartment is very welcoming, safe and functional. It is quiet, equipped with comfortable sofa beds overlooking the forest, a well-stocked kitchen, albeit essential, and plenty of games for children. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the ski slopes, attached to the ski rental and a 5-minute walk from the restaurant of Val di Luce. The concierge service, a common room with WiFi and games for children makes the context very familiar. Chiara was super helpful in answering our questions and coordinating our arrival with the concierge. I highly recommend this place.
