Great stay, great location on lake como central and walking distance from everything in Varenna. Bed was fairly comfy. Sofa bed was ok for 1 night. Fantastic views of the lake. Would 100% recommend this air b&b. Fulvia was very helpful and responsive thank you very much for a lovely stay.

Great house with direct access to the lake (incredible view), barbecue and outdoor shower, charming garden planted with olive trees. Spacious and functional apartment. A little dark but it's a blessing in summer, because it stays cool despite the heat. Nicola is adorable, responsive and precise in her feedback. I recommend it without so much as a second thought.

Alberto's home was lovely! I absolutely loved waking up with the view of the lake and mountains. Even on a rainy day this place creates a feeling of serenity. I celebrated my birthday here and reached out for possibly suggestions for the area prior to booking. He responded with so many options and it made me more confident with booking. What I wasn't expecting was a little treat on the door on my birthday and let me tell you that made my day! This was my 3rd place during my trip and what stood out was his father, Vanni, greeting us at check-in which gave that personal touch. I stayed in March and there was a lot of rain forecasted so many of the nearby places were closed but Alberto's home had everything you would need to enjoy your time. The lake you see on the patio is in walking distance so if it's not raining or snowing it made for a nice walk to start or end your day. If you are looking for a cozy place to relax and take in some beautiful views this is the place for you!

Martin and Nadja were very welcoming and friendly hosts. The house is immaculate, newly refurbished and very clean. Lovely location by the lake and just a couple of minutes’ walk to the ferry.
