we stayed a couple of days in this fantastic apartment on the farm. It's super close to the center of Modena but also to places of interest like Maranello. Patrizia was super nice, present and available throughout the stay. The apartment is impeccable, set in a beautiful landscape and full of animals. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

Diego was extremely helpful n responsive when I needed some directions to get to the apartment and offered excellent recommendations to restaurants and places to visit. His apartment was clean and as described in photos. Good n safe location and walkable to places of interest. Highly recommended.

Wonderful apartment with warm cozy feel. Everything is very comfortable and clean. We really appreciated the water bottles in the fridge and the coffee and tea selections. Great location next to the stadium and close to the famous Santa Luca walk up to the church. 30 minute walk from center but there are frequent busses into town. Kitchen, bathroom and beds all good. We loved it here. Tony is a very friendly and responsive host.

A lovely place to stay, very close to centre of Bologna and very convenient. Nice restaurants and supermarket nearby. Antonio is really helpful and responds reliably to all questions. The apartment has everything you need.

We loved our stay here! Alba was kind enough to let us check in early when our flight got changed. Great location, about 15-20 min walk from the city center with lots to do in the neighborhood. It’s also right nextdoor to a paticcheria as an added bonus. The patio is gorgeous and would be amazing in warmer weather.

I was looking for a comfortable place for me and 4 friends who, almost at the last minute, had decided to visit Bologna over the weekend, and I came across Andre's place, who was immediately inclined to meet our need to enter in the middle of the night, as we left after dinner for Bologna with a 4-hour drive ahead of us. So the location of the accommodation 2 minutes away from the huge parking lot of Piazza dell'8 Agosto was its strong point for us, also being just 5 minutes from Piazza Maggiore and in a very quiet neighborhood allowed us to enjoy this wonderful and charming city in total tranquility and comfort. I recommend it not only for those who want to visit Bologna in total relaxation but also for those who want to optimize their time and visit as many things as possible.

Our stay at Rosaeugenias Apartment was very comfy and calm. Personally, i loved the kitchen with the gas stove. The Apartment had everything we needed and it felt like home. Eugenia was always around if we had some questions or needed anything. She also was very helpful and showed us everything on the property. Looking forward to the next stay at this apartment.

Cristina was an excellent host, very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. She made helpful suggestions about local restaurants. The building is on a lively street, right in the heart of the city. Easy to walk everywhere. The apartment is at the back of a courtyard and very peaceful and quiet. I was amazed by the lack of street noise and woke to birdsong each morning. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and had everything you might need. I’d definitely return here.

The place is very nice, surrounded by nature and in an area far from everything. Suitable for going to the ski areas or for walks in the woods Roberto was very flexible with the schedules and made us find the house with the heating on

With our dog, the place was perfect. We were able to go for a walk in the adjacent park in the morning. We walked to the city center in about 35 minutes. Everything was perfect.

We had a large family group and took up 3 of their apartments. They were very accommodating, patient with us and each apartment was beautiful. The view from this location is amazing. The young man who helped us check in was the highlight of the stay, as he gave us great restaurant recommendations and attended to our every need with a smile and greeting. Highly recommend staying here.

Enjoyable stay despite the rainy day! Comfortable accommodation (4 adults), clean and close to all services (rental, ski pass, restaurant...). A special thank you to Daniela who welcomed us and followed us into our stay discreetly but always present!

Isabella's was one of our favorite stays during our trip to Italy. It was perfectly located to suit our needs and well protected from the city sounds so we could have a restful sleep each night. We'd definitely stay here again.

Loved the windows, very considerate and helpful hosts, and ease of walking to everything. City noise at night to be expected, but new for us. I suspect this could be easily resolved by closing windows and turning on AC. We had everything we needed for a very pleasant week long stay and would definitely be happy to stay here again.

The apartment is located in a great area - about 15 min from the center, neighborhood coffee shop with excellent coffee options, good food and went into cocktails, wine & beer and music each night. There was a lot to see and do in the immediate area and it was secure and quiet at night. The apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable. Be mindful there is no lift and you will carry your luggage to the third floor. Cecilia Maria generously offered to take the luggage for us. Cecilia Maria was an amazing host who responded quickly. No question was too much, she was willing to source any information we requested and went beyond our expectations with details like transportation & local recommendations. Would not hesitate to stay with her again.

The apartment was spacious, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the comforts. The location was ideal, walking distance to the main attractions and cozy restaurants. Valentina's hospitality was excellent. Communication went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to discover Bologna.
