Gabriele is a very polite and helpful host. He welcomed us friendly at arrival day and really took care during our stay. He let us for early check-in and reserved a taxi at departure day. Overall, great thanks to him for evertything. The house is in a central location within a walking distance from most of the city attraction points. It is spacey with well-equipped furnitures. It has a balcony with spectacular view. The building has an elevator. Gabriele has provided every equipment that you could need at the property. We had a great stay and we think that the house is excellent in many expect. We will definitely stay at Gabriele’s house if we come to Bologna again!

Stayed as a couple and baby. Convenient facilities like cot, baby bath, washing machine, high chair were the key factors for us. Not that there is no microwave in case that it important to you. Spacious and practical apartment, useful as a base for exploring Bologna. Everything was walkable for us, the furthest being the railway station 25 minutes away. Host was helpful and responsive, and the building porter Eugenio was also very accommodating and helpful. Would happily recommend it to others.

Perfect place to spend our winter holidays! We had everything we needed. The place is close to restaurants and various amenities. The location was great, close to center but fairly far from the turistic bustle. We would definitely come back here!

I was looking for a comfortable place for me and 4 friends who, almost at the last minute, had decided to visit Bologna on the weekend, and I came across Andre's place, who was immediately prone to meet our need to enter in the middle of the night, as we left after dinner to Bologna with 4 hours of car to do. So the location of the accommodation 2 minutes away from the huge parking lot of Piazza dell '8 August was its strong point for us, also being only 5 minutes from Piazza Maggiore and in a very quiet neighborhood it has allowed us to enjoy this wonderful and fascinating city in total tranquility and comfort. I recommend it not only for those who want to visit Bologna in total relaxation but also for those who want to optimize the times and visit as many things as possible.

Our stay at Rosaeugenias Apartment was very comfy and calm. Personally, i loved the kitchen with the gas stove. The Apartment had everything we needed and it felt like home. Eugenia was always around if we had some questions or needed anything. She also was very helpful and showed us everything on the property. Looking forward to the next stay at this apartment.

We had a wonderful few days in Bologna staying at this apartment. It’s in a great location with a very easily accessible bus stop that takes you straight into the centre. It had everything you needed in a lovely location. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Paolo is very helpful! He welcomed us in the apartment, helped to carry the luggage and guided us to the garage. Even helped us to correct the wrong car plate number submit for the TLZ. Everything is perfect, the room is well equipped and close to the city center. Easy to find nice food even in the late evening. Recommend!

Talk about cozy! It was the perfect fall/winter apartment. We loved it. It was Walkable to everything including to the best restaurants in ghettos world. Lots of fetching stores nearby. A great value. Would definitely come back.

The apartment is located in a great area - about 15 min from the center, neighborhood coffee shop with excellent coffee options, good food and went into cocktails, wine & beer and music each night. There was a lot to see and do in the immediate area and it was secure and quiet at night. The apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable. Be mindful there is no lift and you will carry your luggage to the third floor. Cecilia Maria generously offered to take the luggage for us. Cecilia Maria was an amazing host who responded quickly. No question was too much, she was willing to source any information we requested and went beyond our expectations with details like transportation & local recommendations. Would not hesitate to stay with her again.

Very close to the centre but not in the middle of it all. Very quiet and peaceful. Clean, warm and spacious. Food in bologna was amazing and we had plenty of recommendations from Allessandra that we went to a few of the ones she mentioned. I would stay here again if I am ever in bologna again. Thank you

Great apartment in easy walking distance of town. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything that we needed. we had trouble getting the washing machine working but the problem was sorted quickly.

House clean, tidy and with everything you need for a short stay. Everything is clear and accurate, recommended host. I'll definitely be back!
