Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Province of Modena

Franca and Mario are extremely sweet, friendly, helpful, proactive, and overall wonderful hosts! Their apartment is beautifully laid out, with everything you could want or need (including a washer cum dryer) in a most spacious space. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The location is perfect; directly across the road from the train station, while being walkable to all the sights. We thank them for all the great recommendations that Franca patiently provided (for various sights, their favorite restaurants, etc), and we look forward to staying with them again next time we visit Bologna.

everything is perfect.

We stayed at Soraya’s apartment for four nights!! The place was amazing in a very peaceful and private location. Moving around the city was easy and we managed to see Bologna monuments very easily as they were all in a walkable distance. Totally recommend the apartment and I want to thank Soraya for the hospitality and great service that she provided. For sure I will come back to stay there again!!!

Very nice, for two people it's perfect. Very well-stocked and being in the center is perfect for getting around. We had a great time.

We really enjoyed out stay. The place was great for our family (1.5yo and 4yo) with plenty of space for our stay. Location is very central and the hosts recommendations for restaurants were fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent accommodation and perfect location. Barbara was great to deal with and we felt very much at home in the old centre of Bologna. Dear Mauro, I'd like to thank you for my amazing experience in your home. You were a very attentive, kind, and proactive host. Your tip on where to eat was perfect, and undoubtedly dinner at a local restaurant and frequented only by Italians away from sights was one of the highlights of our trip. Your house is well located, cozy, with rooms with comfortable beds and impeccably clean sheets. A pity that we were only one night, but it was enough for us to enjoy the beautiful region of Modena and Maranello. Thank you so much for all the affection and hospitality. Given that we booked and the next day we were at the property practically Piergiuseppe is a friendly and very friendly person, kind and caring. Ready to answer questions of various kinds about the surroundings, the place is gorgeous. Unfortunately, it is a season of insects looking for heat and something can escape any espresso machine. On the other hand, a moka is not present in the fireplace because they had to remove it. We had a very good time if we have the opportunity, maybe we will come back in a more appropriate season. We also wanted to thank Piergiuseppe for all the exquisite carineries, which he brought us every morning. Great location for those who have pets without any discrimination thanks Piergiuseppe. We hope to see you again soon.

Wonderful place, very close to the wolf pass area, about 3 minutes by car. Extreme hospitality and availability! Clean, very nice, spacious, and versatile apartment. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Next time at the Cimone? Agriturismo la cervarola!

Elena was very kind and helpful. The villa is very nice, in nature and quiet. The rooms are plenty of space and very comfortable in two bathrooms for a group of friends. She also left us several proposals for breakfast, we had a great time.

I had a fantastic stay at Nicola’s place! The location is perfect—within walking distance to key attractions like the Enzo Ferrari Museum, the central market, and excellent shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was peaceful, spotless, and equipped with a full kitchen, which was great for preparing meals. The check-in process was seamless with Wi-Fi access, and Nicola was an incredibly responsive host, providing thoughtful recommendations that made my trip even better. Highly recommend staying here!

Roberta is an excellent host who takes the time beforehand and during the stay to ensure her guests have everything they need and recommendations of local activities in books at the house and throughout our stay. The house is charming and very well appointed, little touches like tea and coffee, balsamic and olive oil are very welcome as well as a lovely present and bottle of wine on arrival. We would not hesitate to stay again if in the area, it’s very handy for Modena, Parma and Reggio Emilia and the pool is fab for the kids and adults alike. Everyone we met in Baiso was friendly and welcoming and our kids enjoyed meeting and hanging out with the local kids who took great care of them also.

What a beautiful home! Everything was spotless and clean. Easy to walk into town! Hosts are super lovely. For sure, recommend this place for anyone going to Bologna.

Apartment in the station area, very easy to get to and easy to find and quite close to the center. Very spacious rooms, two bathrooms perfect even for larger groups of friends and a kitchen equipped with every comfort. Carlotta has always been very responsive and always very professional and helpful, just like her collaborators. Recommended!

Clean and accurate home. Extremely central area

Antonio is a great host that is very responsive and accommodating! He greeted us personally and thoroughly explained the workarounds of the unit, while also giving us great list of restaurant recommendations. It had everything we needed from a washer to dryer, working internet and tv. The Airbnb was within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!

Alessandra’s apartment was fabulous, an amazing location right in the heart of Bologna. She is a great host, everything we could have wished for was provided & more, treats on arrival which delighted our children & a bottle of Prosecco which delighted us! The apartment is so clean & beds really comfortable. Alessandra is a responsive host & nothing is too much trouble, she went out of her way to help us with a later check out & transportation. We would love to stay here again. Book it, you won’t regret it, it really is a gem of a find in the heart of the city. Thank you Alessandra! 🌞

great spot and bigger than expected. location was great - close to the center but not crowded. street level had some noise at night a couple times, but it’s in the city, and should be expected. small hot water heater, but typical for Europe, again to be expected. we didn’t have a car, so no comment on the garage.

Great stay! The place is small, but was perfect for me as a solo traveller. It was exactly as described. Nice access to the garden out back. Some things were extra great because you don't always get them in Italy: mosquito screen on the door/window, air conditioning, and late check-in at no extra charge. Lots of fun, young bars nearby – but the flat is quite quiet. Host was wonderful and communicative. Would recommend.
