Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Province of Modena

Franca and Mario are extremely sweet, friendly, helpful, proactive, and overall wonderful hosts! Their apartment is beautifully laid out, with everything you could want or need (including a washer cum dryer) in a most spacious space. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The location is perfect; directly across the road from the train station, while being walkable to all the sights. We thank them for all the great recommendations that Franca patiently provided (for various sights, their favorite restaurants, etc), and we look forward to staying with them again next time we visit Bologna.

Ilenia’s apartment is a gem of a spot steps away from everything we wanted to see in Bologna. It was an easy walk from the train station (even with rolling bags) and on a quiet little street, but super close to the center of the city. The beds were comfy and she had little treats waiting. It just felt warm and inviting. Just outside the door there’s a new little coffee / bar for morning coffee and aperitivo. She was so responsive, communicative, and kind. It was the perfect spot to discover Bologna! Grazie mille, Ilenia!

This was a great place! It was clean, cute, and complete. Ample grocery stores in the neighborhood and just a short walk to the main attractions including the main plaza (10 minute walk max.) The hosts were very helpful including getting us a taxi upon our departure. Given my special diet, kitchen and grocery stores are very important to my stay and this was perfect. It was also only a 10 minutes from the best gluten free bakery and fresh pasta providers! Loved my stay.

Fantastic stay in a very nice neighborhood and very close to some monuments, also although it was on a busy street you entered through a passage and it was totally quiet with what we could rest without any noise. Both the bed and the sofa are very comfortable and everything is in perfect condition, new bathroom and kitchen. Perhaps for saying something to improve I would include some more utensils so as not to have to put the dishwasher so much, but without hesitation we would take it back for a stay in the center of Bologna. Soraya was friendly and attentive. Thank you for everything!

Spotless clean. Two bathrooms is wonderful. Feels spacious and a huge advantage to be able to do a load of laundry in the unit.

We had a fantastic time. Barbara could not have been more helpful, pointing us in the direction of the nearest supermarket when our flight was delayed and we arrived later than expected. Bologna is beautiful and, for somewhere so central, this was very quiet and private. 15-20 minute walk to the rail station (you really don't need a car) and 5 minutes from the main attractions. We'd love to come back.

The stay was worth it, beautiful place and clean with clean showers and bathroom

We had an excellent stay at Piero‘s. The house is very nice and cozy, and the heating works very well (we went in november). The garden is just fabulous with a spectacular view on surrounding hills. Piero was very friendly and helpful and even offered self-made pastries in the mornings. We‘d love to come back!

We spent three days total relaxation. The house upon our arrival was super clean and warm, spacious and with a nice fireplace. The farm's restaurant, Elisa's friendliness and all the staff pampered us and made us feel at home. Amazing food, healthy, genuine, and very plentiful. For the kids it's great, there are several outdoor games and the opportunity to visit the farm animals. The weather didn't support us much, but we didn't feel the inconvenience. Around, however, there are many opportunities for walks, excursions, etc. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended for families and anyone who wants and needs to relax and be pampered a little.

Elena was very kind and helpful. The villa is very nice, in nature and quiet. The rooms are plenty of space and very comfortable in two bathrooms for a group of friends. She also left us several proposals for breakfast, we had a great time.

Stayed here for one day and it was amazing. The place is very beautiful and has a great hike near by. Totally recommended for anyone who is around the region. Patrizia is a wonderful host and made the stay even more better.

I had a fantastic stay at Nicola’s place! The location is perfect—within walking distance to key attractions like the Enzo Ferrari Museum, the central market, and excellent shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was peaceful, spotless, and equipped with a full kitchen, which was great for preparing meals. The check-in process was seamless with Wi-Fi access, and Nicola was an incredibly responsive host, providing thoughtful recommendations that made my trip even better. Highly recommend staying here!

Roberta is an excellent host who takes the time beforehand and during the stay to ensure her guests have everything they need and recommendations of local activities in books at the house and throughout our stay. The house is charming and very well appointed, little touches like tea and coffee, balsamic and olive oil are very welcome as well as a lovely present and bottle of wine on arrival. We would not hesitate to stay again if in the area, it’s very handy for Modena, Parma and Reggio Emilia and the pool is fab for the kids and adults alike. Everyone we met in Baiso was friendly and welcoming and our kids enjoyed meeting and hanging out with the local kids who took great care of them also.

Fantastic place! A little hard to get into initially and had to call the host but she was fantastic at sorting it out. A really nice place in a good location. Parking is very difficult as there are never any spaces so had to pay for on street. The kitchen is fully equipped and the place is very clean and tidy. A really lovely place!

Within minutes of arriving to Riccardo’s amazing apartment, I exclaimed it was one of the best properties I’d ever seen. Believe it or not, the place is even better than the photos. Spacious, modern, well-appointed and impeccably clean. Love the creative and artistic flair that went into the unit’s design and guests lack for nothing from toiletries to kitchen essentials to iron, laundry, etc. We got some of the best sleep of our entire trip with the ultra comfortable mattress and linens. Aside from the impressiveness of the apartment, we were fortunate to find a parking space directly across the street — a tremendous bonus. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet yet perfectly situated to reach all points of interest within 15-20 minutes. Riccardo was so kind, always available via message and offered plenty of local recommendations. Truly cannot say enough about this property. Would choose this home again and again for any return visits to Modena. Ten stars because five is not enough!

Cristina is really helpful and polite. She suggested how to get around Bologna and did not fail to answer the questions we had regarding the apartment and area. Apartment with excellent cleanliness. Spacious and quiet. Perfect for 2/3 people, but even in 4 you are comfortable. Convenient if you are driving since you can easily find parking in the unpaid area. When I return to Bologna I will definitely call Cristina 😊

Antonio is a great host that is very responsive and accommodating! He greeted us personally and thoroughly explained the workarounds of the unit, while also giving us great list of restaurant recommendations. It had everything we needed from a washer to dryer, working internet and tv. The Airbnb was within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!

Sergio and his wife were extremely helpful and responsive with all of our needs and communication is excellent! This is the second time I’ve stayed here in Bologna and will definitely return here next time as well. Great apartment for 1-2 people and has all the things I need most (kitchen, washer/dryer, large wardrobe, great location) to make my stays feel like home away from home!

The apartment was modern and clean, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was straightforward with clear instructions, and the host was very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

great spot and bigger than expected. location was great - close to the center but not crowded. street level had some noise at night a couple times, but it’s in the city, and should be expected. small hot water heater, but typical for Europe, again to be expected. we didn’t have a car, so no comment on the garage.

Clean apartment and very very nice. Very convenient to downtown. We had a great time.
