We were looking for a place to relax and feel at home and so it was. Rooms and clean, large and cozy common spaces. Andrea is a person you feel like you've always known, friendly and helpful. That his passion is music, there are no doubts and he manages to drag guests into his world between musical instruments and amazing records left available to everyone. A place I recommend!

Roberto's place was perfectly located for my planned explorations in both Marche and Umbria.... His apartment was well appointed and equipped and Roberto was extremely personable, responsive and helpful. Grazie Roberto !

Emma's apartment was as described, in a quiet but comfortable location; in a 10-minute drive you are to the sea. Very helpful with various requests. Recommended for those looking for tranquility but still close to all amenities. Ideal home for those traveling with pets. There is also a nice relaxation area with a private pond surrounded by olive groves and panoramic views of the sea.

We stayed at Leonardo‘s place for a short weekend trip to explore the surrounding mountains. This is truly the perfect place for a romantic getaway and Leonardo is the perfect host, responsive and full of amazing recommendations for what to do in the area.

My family and I spent two weeks in Donatella 's house and we had a wonderful time. The location is very quiet and peaceful with nice views. It was a good starting point for visiting interesting places , like macerata , sarnano, lago de fiastra and several beaches. We enjoyed the house and le Marche!
