Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

We were looking for a place to relax and feel at home and so it was. Rooms and clean, large and cozy common spaces. Andrea is a person you feel like you've always known, friendly and helpful. That his passion is music, there are no doubts and he manages to drag guests into his world between musical instruments and amazing records left available to everyone. A place I recommend!

Giovanna and her daughter were two courteous, attentive and helpful hosts. The house has much more than you need to relax, unwind and have fun. The bed is very comfortable and new! The only factor that may not be clear from the listing is the layout of the house: to access all the bedrooms and the terrace, you have to take the stairs. In any case, the accommodation is highly recommended, even for couples of friends looking to spend a few days together in joy!

Staying in Federico's and Elena's house was great in every way and it was very difficult for us to leave this fantastic place after 1 week! The house with a humongous property is really beautiful. There are many places in the area to discover and many places on the property itself to relax and enjoy. Such as the pool surrounded by olive trees, shade under the large mulberry trees or the spectacular view of the hilly landscape. Elena and Federico are wonderful hosts, very personable, helpful and with the best tips. Also, don't miss out to taste the excellent noodles they produce in their own production. The sea is easily accessible by car, as well as a good selection of supermarkets and restaurants. I recommend this place to anyone who loves the peace, beauty and enjoyment. I'll be back : )

Wonderful location. The place is suitable for those looking for tranquility and peace to get away from daily stress. Beautiful scenery around the house and it is very nice to take walks in nature. The apartment is convenient to Osimo and Recanati by car but accessible and easily accessible. We had a great time and hope to be back soon!!
