This place is located very near the beach and has been newly remodeled. Great place to stay and a lot of restaurants nearby.

The house is very nice, the view is amazing, a very pleasant place to relax and from where you can visit the surroundings. Silvia was always very kind and available to give directions and to adapt to our needs.

We spent a friend in this house with all the necessary amenities to spend time away from the daily chaos. The host was very helpful and provided us with directions to the house by phone, which were very clear. The house fully matched what was described on the site and we had a great stay.

The chosen house was fully in line with our search for a mountain village to spend the short Christmas holidays immersed in the mountain atmosphere. Roberto was very thoughtful and detailed with our requests (traveling with a 2-year-old girl and a boxer dog). Great flexibility for check-out times to meet our needs for reorganization for restartment. Absolutely recommend even for the hottest periods, as the house is located at the beginning of walking itineraries.

Fab host and fab place.

The home is in a very nice place. The infinite pool is huge with amazing views. The house is very well maintained and the garden beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They were very attentive to us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we come back to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

We (three teenagers, my wife and I) stayed for a week in Agneta’s and Tjabo’s place Casa Aquila. The environment is beautiful. Although is quite isolated we loved it, even the kids. The (private) pool made the place, but also Agneta’s and Tjabo’s kindness. We baked our own pizza’s in the pizza oven (together with our hosts) and barbecued a couple of times. The house is nice and well equipment with a basic bathroom. Two good bedrooms and a bunk bed in a smaller room for the kids. If you looking for a calm place in summertime where you can chill at the pool side with eagles flying above your head, than this is the place.

A fantastic house with everything that we needed. The house manager Rosa was very friendly and helped us with our questions. Nothing to complain about. We had the best time and would like to come back soon. It was even better than expected.

The reception by Paola was very friendly. The apartment was nice, clean and with two spacious bedrooms, and the swimming pool and terrace were lovely to spend a relaxed day. The kitchen was very well equipped to cook our own meal. We had a lovely time and recommend this to others who are looking for a relaxed place to stay.

It was a beautiful and complete house in a good location with nice views. The house is clean and richly equipped. Close to Fabriano, so all amenities nearby. Paolo is a very friendly and helpful host who is always ready to answer your questions. For the pizza oven and bbq, all necessities were present, so we used this several times. A lovely pool and beautiful garden, we enjoyed our stay.

The house is very nice and has plenty of space for a large group. It was very clean through the house. Gregorio was always very eager and gave us good tips for the area! We had a great time and felt very comfortable!

excellent welcome by Daniela, who is a very nice and available welcoming host. the environment is beautiful with the vines where you can walk with the dog, the view that can be admired at the time of the aperitif in the different salons tastefully arranged! the access to the cavé to taste the local products is a superb idea and to be tested! our three children loved the environment with the pool, the trampoline and the flaming parties of foosball that reminded us of our youth! thank you for this long weekend where we abandoned our phones and where we enjoyed the sweetness of the night in a very clean and pleasant accommodation for 5! The view the view bloody hell this view is gorgeous. Better than any Tuscan hillside I’ll tell you that. What’s more Paolo and his whole family with their Italian charm made us feel connected to Le Marche. Beautiful lakes nearby & incredible beaches in the national park an hour away in the ancona province. Notable restaurants to recommend would be: Bar-Chiosco-Trattoria Valleverde at a nearby lake or ristorante dal Silvio which is where the best beaches are. We finished the trip with a pizza night using Paolos oven. The whole family came as well as our neighbours from Milan. Great place definitely recommend 💎❤️❤️

Unforgettable experience in a dream farmhouse We spent a night in this farmhouse with my friends and I can say that it was a very special experience. The property is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and perfectly cared for in every detail. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, ideal for those looking for a break from the daily routine. Upon our arrival, we were greeted impeccably: the fireplace was already on, which made the entrance even warmer and more welcoming. We immediately felt a feeling of "home" and the courtesy of the owners helped make the stay even more enjoyable. Every room of the farmhouse, from the rooms to the living area, is perfect to spend moments of conviviality and relaxation. The location is ideal for those who love tranquility, but also for those looking for a starting point to explore the surroundings. We'll definitely be back soon to relive this magic. A beautiful house in stunning rural surroundings. This is the perfect house for those who want peace and quiet. Host Giampiero is an incredibly sociable guy who wants to provide the best experience when staying in his house. He responds quickly and fixes what's needed. The only thing I have to postpone on my stay was that it wasn't clear from the listing that there was an external annex with 2 beds. This annex should be upgraded due to a fairly extensive moisture issue. In addition, unfortunately, 8 persons received ear infection during the first week due to poor water quality in the pool. Overall, though, it was an amazing stay where Gianpiero really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

We also want to warmly thank Nonna Nuccia for welcoming us into this corner of paradise, with small glimpses of the history of these places. This home tells of past times, the lives of people who have moved on over the years. We fell in love with the large fireplace, which warmed us and gave us magical moments in the company of friends of a lifetime! Michele came back, a kid, and an enthusiasm came back to him that surprised us! Let's not talk about Nino who literally "made love with the fireplace" (don't think badly, take the metaphor). We pampered with Rossella's wonderful cuisine, Loredana and I sang loudly as two teenagers and Miki Ciuffo enjoyed the view in the company of her cigar. In other words, we relaxed in an environment where everything stops and where you don't have to run like every day. Wonderful apartment on a property with 5 apartments. We were the only tenant on the complex and had a wonderfully relaxing stay. Beautiful views of the mountain peaks of Sibillini, a nice swimming pool and a nice village a 5-minute drive away. In the area, some certainty in your driving skills is needed

We were received very friendly. Gustavo gave us great information about the design of our vacation with information about events and sights. We have experienced our two hosts as very helpful and supportive. On our arrival everything was as described in the offer. The communication was uncomplicated. The Podere is magically nestled in the hilly landscape, our place was only 10 steps from the very clean, daily cleaned pool. Bed linen and towels have been changed several times by our hosts. The whole complex is well maintained and very stylish and authentically designed. The quiet secluded location was very accommodating in our need for relaxation. The city of Tolentino with all shopping is 10 minutes away. The region of the Marche is an extremely interesting holiday area that can impress due to its charming and varied landscape, its very friendly inhabitants and with lots of culture and leisure activities. We were able to enjoy the traditional cuisine of the brands on the many festivals in the surrounding villages and towns. Our vacation was a complete success, we will be happy to come back, as this great region could not be discovered in 14 days.
