We spent a friend in this house with all the necessary amenities to spend time away from the daily chaos. The host was very helpful and provided us with directions to the house by phone, which were very clear. The house fully matched what was described on the site and we had a great stay.

Fab host and fab place.

The home is in a very nice place. The infinite pool is huge with amazing views. The house is very well maintained and the garden beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They were very attentive to us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we come back to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

The house is simply wonderful. You quickly feel at home and can simply relax quickly with the quiet location. Gabriella and her husband Mauro are incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. We are already looking forward to next time.

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

Accommodation with a wonderful view of the sea, everything close...shops, sea, beach...we had everything we needed.

A fantastic house with everything that we needed. The house manager Rosa was very friendly and helped us with our questions. Nothing to complain about. We had the best time and would like to come back soon. It was even better than expected.

The reception by Paola was very friendly. The apartment was nice, clean and with two spacious bedrooms, and the swimming pool and terrace were lovely to spend a relaxed day. The kitchen was very well equipped to cook our own meal. We had a lovely time and recommend this to others who are looking for a relaxed place to stay.

we sat at Susi's place for a week, it was a lovely cottage with all the comforts. Beds slept great,shower was nice,kitchen with everything you can use. Pool was lovely and the area was more than enough to do, beach,mountains,lake ,waterfalls, we came short of time. Regards,Michiel

The house is very nice and has plenty of space for a large group. It was very clean through the house. Gregorio was always very eager and gave us good tips for the area! We had a great time and felt very comfortable!

The view the view bloody hell this view is gorgeous. Better than any Tuscan hillside I’ll tell you that. What’s more Paolo and his whole family with their Italian charm made us feel connected to Le Marche. Beautiful lakes nearby & incredible beaches in the national park an hour away in the ancona province. Notable restaurants to recommend would be: Bar-Chiosco-Trattoria Valleverde at a nearby lake or ristorante dal Silvio which is where the best beaches are. We finished the trip with a pizza night using Paolos oven. The whole family came as well as our neighbours from Milan. Great place definitely recommend 💎❤️❤️

A vacation in Snow White's house among squirrels, islands and trips between trails and waterways of the Sibillini Mountains. Without forgetting the harmony and pleasantness of the surrounding historic villages, starting from Sarnano, where we happened in the week of the Palio and medieval re-enactments. A beautiful house in stunning rural surroundings. This is the perfect house for those who want peace and quiet. Host Giampiero is an incredibly sociable guy who wants to provide the best experience when staying in his house. He responds quickly and fixes what's needed. The only thing I have to postpone on my stay was that it wasn't clear from the listing that there was an external annex with 2 beds. This annex should be upgraded due to a fairly extensive moisture issue. In addition, unfortunately, 8 persons received ear infection during the first week due to poor water quality in the pool. Overall, though, it was an amazing stay where Gianpiero really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

We also want to warmly thank Nonna Nuccia for welcoming us into this corner of paradise, with small glimpses of the history of these places. This home tells of past times, the lives of people who have moved on over the years. We fell in love with the large fireplace, which warmed us and gave us magical moments in the company of friends of a lifetime! Michele came back, a kid, and an enthusiasm came back to him that surprised us! Let's not talk about Nino who literally "made love with the fireplace" (don't think badly, take the metaphor). We pampered with Rossella's wonderful cuisine, Loredana and I sang loudly as two teenagers and Miki Ciuffo enjoyed the view in the company of her cigar. In other words, we relaxed in an environment where everything stops and where you don't have to run like every day. We were received very friendly. Gustavo gave us great information about the design of our vacation with information about events and sights. We have experienced our two hosts as very helpful and supportive. On our arrival everything was as described in the offer. The communication was uncomplicated. The Podere is magically nestled in the hilly landscape, our place was only 10 steps from the very clean, daily cleaned pool. Bed linen and towels have been changed several times by our hosts. The whole complex is well maintained and very stylish and authentically designed. The quiet secluded location was very accommodating in our need for relaxation. The city of Tolentino with all shopping is 10 minutes away. The region of the Marche is an extremely interesting holiday area that can impress due to its charming and varied landscape, its very friendly inhabitants and with lots of culture and leisure activities. We were able to enjoy the traditional cuisine of the brands on the many festivals in the surrounding villages and towns. Our vacation was a complete success, we will be happy to come back, as this great region could not be discovered in 14 days.

We had a wonderful time in the cottage. It was a spacious and simple cottage. The pool is really lovely. You are looking at Macerata from the cottage. Nice place, we had 3 wonderful weeks.

I mean, like being in your own home. Everything is as described, a large house and equipped with everything you need. Peace of mind and cool are priceless feelings when you go on vacation. All the services at your fingertips, from shops to restaurants, everything can be reached in just a few minutes by bike or car. It will definitely be our base when we are in the area. Alessandrina and the children are super helpful and kind! And that you eat freshly caught fish... Our dog Piuma also thanks you for your hospitality! Absolutely recommended for those who want beautiful sea places to visit and then relax on the terrace to enjoy the sunset with a good glass of wine!

Wonderful house. I stayed with 11 other friends and there was room for everyone. Private pool and jacuzzi and shared soccer field with another villa nearby. Breathtaking view and spacious and tidy home. Perfect for relaxing days in the Marche. I recommend it to everyone
