The absolute plus for the apartment was its location. A stone's throw from the beach, with a supermarket within walking distance. Terrace overlooking the sea, where you can eat and relax. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the main course of Porto Recanati. Unless you want to hike, you can forget about the car. Noemi guest is ready, kind, full of advice and always available: you can see your experience in terms of hospitality. For me a "superhost"! The house is "set up" in a complete way: I found everything you need to spend a quiet vacation. Definitely a positive experience!

First of all, I want to thank Leontina for the kindness and hospitality she gave us and the availability. I can only recommend this place because it is very clean, then there are all the comforts: the sea in front with the free beach, free parking, Pizzeria, pharmacy, supermarket, trattoria, and many other things... Perfect for a beach vacation!!!

Lovely location in a quiet part of Porto Reccanati. Lovely prom walks starting outside the apartment. Great balcony setup with the apartment. Nice to sit there and watch the sun godown. Marts was very attentive and answered any qyestions we have really quickly...

Small but very cozy and very equipped house, new and well equipped bathroom, room suitable for two people, the kitchen is small but for small preparations it is great. The host is welcoming and helpful. Recommended accommodation. Especially due to its proximity to the sea.

Tip for small families! Very nice apartment, which is about 50 m away from the sea. Supermarkets, restaurants and the train are also within walking distance (even with a child). The location is still quiet, you have no noise from beach bars or anything. The equipment is new and modern: air conditioning, fridge, two bedrooms with comfortable beds, kitchen-living room, bathroom with washing machine and sea view. The landlords are very friendly, helpful and easily accessible. We spent a month in the apartment and partly worked remotely. Even for such a long time, the apartment is spacious enough. Note: 3rd floor; like all objects in the area, this apartment is also close to a train line. Wifi could be better.

I was in Massimo's villa by the sea for a week with my husband and mom... it was perfect for us! On one side the sea, on the other the "city" with market, supermarket, etc. Fall asleep with sea noise and the cure of people at Lungomare. Kitchen top equipped for self-cooking... I would love to come back :-) Massimo is a great host, thanks for everything and see you again. Ciao katrin

The accommodation is exactly as described and as pictured, clean, equipped with everything you need, with parking immediately in front and a beautiful private garden. The beach, pool and restaurant bar are very close and the whole village is very well cared for. Highly recommended!

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. Very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). It looks great, we felt right at home. A plus the terrace, spacious for dinner outside and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. The owners are very kind and helpful. The sea is just a few minutes walk away, clean and with very fine sand. It was a refreshing vacation.

We stayed at the beginning of September and I can only confirm what other guests said: Simona was always quick and effective in responding to requests and doubts when booking and her parents (who are the people who physically welcome you) are wonderful in making you feel at home immediately. The accommodation is very large, equipped with everything and very close to the sea (the beach can be reached on foot in just over 5 minutes). We had a great time.

The apartment is close to many amenities 5 min walk from the beach.. apartment equipped with a private garage but along the street there are many unpaid parking lots, new apartment equipped with all the comforts including a washer dryer very comfortable for a maritime vacation

I was a guest of Daniele's with my husband and children. The newly renovated apartment is located in a slightly old but quiet building, very functional with excellent well-organized spaces, balcony and everything you need to stay comfortably. The great location to reach a nice free beach, the center with a 15-minute walk, in general convenient to get around both the Conero and the hinterland. I definitely recommend
