The house is very nice, the view is amazing, a very pleasant place to relax and from where you can visit the surroundings. Silvia was always very kind and available to give directions and to adapt to our needs.

Unforgettable experience in a dream farmhouse We spent a night in this farmhouse with my friends and I can say that it was a very special experience. The property is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and perfectly cared for in every detail. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, ideal for those looking for a break from the daily routine. Upon our arrival, we were greeted impeccably: the fireplace was already on, which made the entrance even warmer and more welcoming. We immediately felt a feeling of "home" and the courtesy of the owners helped make the stay even more enjoyable. Every room of the farmhouse, from the rooms to the living area, is perfect to spend moments of conviviality and relaxation. The location is ideal for those who love tranquility, but also for those looking for a starting point to explore the surroundings. We'll definitely be back soon to relive this magic. I can’t say enough about what an amazing host Anya was for our group of 11, ranging in age from 6 to 82. From her clear and responsive communication to her perfect recommendations (restaurants, beaches, nearby towns/wineries, truffle hunt, private chef dinner) she helped our family make the most of what was an amazing week in a truly memorable accommodation. Our stay opened our eyes to what an amazing region Le Marche is - we’d be thrilled to visit again!

The house is very nice and has plenty of space for a large group. It was very clean through the house. Gregorio was always very eager and gave us good tips for the area! We had a great time and felt very comfortable!

Well-maintained apartment, clean and equipped with everything you need; we really appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom. Silvia is very kind and helpful. Exceptional parts are of course the private pool and veranda, which at night light up and create a fantastic atmosphere!! We will definitely be back, we really had a great time!!

Charming location and accommodation that allows you to relax surrounded by nature. The home is equipped with every comfort and the host is available whenever you need it. The place is a paradise and is perfect for those looking for relaxation and wellness with stunning views. Obviously traveling by car or you can reach, with trips of about 20-60 minutes, the best Marche towns and experience the beauty of this magnificent region. Access to the property is a little uncomfortable and impervious, but just drive slowly and be careful, especially if you do not have a high car as in my case. In any case, this did not affect the quality of one of the most beautiful holidays I have ever had, so I can say that the experience was absolutely magnificent so that, if only I had more time, I would repeat it tomorrow. The stay was really pleasant. At check-in we were greeted by Eleonora, who immediately offered us a good tea on arrival. Always quick to respond and ready to give advice of all kinds. The apartment is small, but very nice and cozy. The residence looks very well organized, with controlled entrances and concierge service even in winter. Surely in summer you can make the most of tennis and pool courts. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
