The house is simply wonderful. You quickly feel at home and can simply relax quickly with the quiet location. Gabriella and her husband Mauro are incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. We are already looking forward to next time.

Unforgettable experience in a dream farmhouse We spent a night in this farmhouse with my friends and I can say that it was a very special experience. The property is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and perfectly cared for in every detail. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, ideal for those looking for a break from the daily routine. Upon our arrival, we were greeted impeccably: the fireplace was already on, which made the entrance even warmer and more welcoming. We immediately felt a feeling of "home" and the courtesy of the owners helped make the stay even more enjoyable. Every room of the farmhouse, from the rooms to the living area, is perfect to spend moments of conviviality and relaxation. The location is ideal for those who love tranquility, but also for those looking for a starting point to explore the surroundings. We'll definitely be back soon to relive this magic. I can’t say enough about what an amazing host Anya was for our group of 11, ranging in age from 6 to 82. From her clear and responsive communication to her perfect recommendations (restaurants, beaches, nearby towns/wineries, truffle hunt, private chef dinner) she helped our family make the most of what was an amazing week in a truly memorable accommodation. Our stay opened our eyes to what an amazing region Le Marche is - we’d be thrilled to visit again!

The house is very nice and has plenty of space for a large group. It was very clean through the house. Gregorio was always very eager and gave us good tips for the area! We had a great time and felt very comfortable!

Great place to stay in the Marche countryside. Tiziana is a very helpful person. House very thoughtful in details, the pool is a plus not to be underestimated. Go back.

Perfect stay for big family reunion! Wonderful host including helpful friend&family, with excellent setup for big groups (six rooms with separate bathrooms and AC), well mantained pool with many sunbeds and additional amenities in the house (out kids loved the indoor table tennis and outdoor kicker table). Kitchen is fully equipped and has big terrasse facing north for great breakfast&lunch&dinner in the shade. Approx. 20min to the beaches and in walking distance to the lovely mountain village Monte San Giusto with playground, cafes for excellent Italian breakfast and more.

Well-maintained apartment, clean and equipped with everything you need; we really appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom. Silvia is very kind and helpful. Exceptional parts are of course the private pool and veranda, which at night light up and create a fantastic atmosphere!! We will definitely be back, we really had a great time!!

Charming location and accommodation that allows you to relax surrounded by nature. The home is equipped with every comfort and the host is available whenever you need it. The place is a paradise and is perfect for those looking for relaxation and wellness with stunning views. Obviously traveling by car or you can reach, with trips of about 20-60 minutes, the best Marche towns and experience the beauty of this magnificent region. Access to the property is a little uncomfortable and impervious, but just drive slowly and be careful, especially if you do not have a high car as in my case. In any case, this did not affect the quality of one of the most beautiful holidays I have ever had, so I can say that the experience was absolutely magnificent so that, if only I had more time, I would repeat it tomorrow. The stay was really pleasant. At check-in we were greeted by Eleonora, who immediately offered us a good tea on arrival. Always quick to respond and ready to give advice of all kinds. The apartment is small, but very nice and cozy. The residence looks very well organized, with controlled entrances and concierge service even in winter. Surely in summer you can make the most of tennis and pool courts. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Probably the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Very clean and the apartment was well equipped with everything you need. Very friendly host and overall a great experience! We hope to come back very soon.

Me, my husband and our dog stayed here for 4 nights, and it was a totally relaxing stay. The apartment is less than 300 meters from the sea, and less than 200 meters from a very stocked supermarket. You get to the sea by crossing a species of tunnel under the tracks, such as underpass, really nice and convenient. You go to a very nice and clean free beach, and a few meters to the left there is also the Santina factory. Arianna is a great homeowner, she met us by letting us know that 110 works the pool was not exploitable and neither was the balcony. It gave us time to let us know and evaluate the alternatives. In the end we considered going anyway, and we did well. The house has another terrace from which you can access by spiral staircase, really nice with sea view. We found everything we needed in the house. The area is quiet and about 3 km from the main street, but we liked it that way. A place to come back to. thanks!
