Super little cottage. Great value given its proximity to expensive Brighton. Very cozy, well equipped & bonus of a fab pub on the doorstep!

I had a lovely stay. I’m a local needing a stop-gap so wasn’t sightseeing, but it was a lovely convenient location and had everything I needed plus many extras like food items. It’s a cute old building and the space has been used well to provide as much comfort as possible. A linen change and clean half way through my stay by Clive’s daughter was a lovely treat. Clive was a lovely host, greeting me on arrival to show me how everything worked and providing a few fresh groceries. The bed was so comfy I had the best nights sleep I’d had for a while! The only downside was the bathroom being downstairs for those of us needing to occasionally get up in the night. Overall, a lovely two weeks in a home away from home.

We had a wonderful time staying at Karen and Charlie’s Studio flat. It’s very comfortable, cosy, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Really pleased it had parking too. We were also very appreciative of the milk and eggs waiting for us when we arrived. The studio is in a very quiet and peaceful location yet only a short walk to local amenities. Communication with our hosts was great, very helpful and responsive. Thank you for a fabulous weekend. We would highly recommend and would love to visit again.

Wonderful stay. Perfect place to stay for our visit to Brighton. Spotless, great shower, comfortable bed and great walks to South Downs with our dogs. Wendy and Roger are perfect hosts. They made us feel very welcome and gave us some local recommendations. Thank you for a great experience! Would thoroughly recommend.
