Charlotte was a fantastic host. The bottle of bubbly on arrival was a lovely touch too. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in Charlotte's interesting and well loved home. The hot tub and roll top bath provided a great way to relax after visiting the beach and town. As artists the artwork on display made for great conversation points too. We feel inspired. Xx

I had a lovely stay for a couple of nights in Brighton where there were plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance! Bernd was a friendly host meeting us on arrival and showing us around the property. He was always responsive with messaging and great with our check-in times. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would come back again!

A really delightful place to relax. Keith was fab. Place was wonderful. Robes for Us both and sliders to get up to the amazing hot tub. Good pub round the corner and most especially the breakfast was brought to the door and was utterly fab. Thanks Keith. Lovely all around.

Had a really great stay at Pete’s place. The hot tub and sauna were brilliant, and the apartment had everything we needed. Pete was great with communication and provided really clear instructions, would definitely recommend staying here, and would come back again for sure!

This was a lovely place to stay, we wish it could have lasted longer. Kitchen/Living Area was spacious with everything we needed for cooking/relaxing/admiring the views outside. Clare was very welcoming and communicative throughout our stay and we felt right at home. Would highly recommend.

Great property with amazing views of the forest. Not very easy to find, but Louise and Andrew sent ahead of time very clear and helpful instructions. Many beautiful hikes around the property, with guides provided by the host to find the best hike. We were also able to feed some birds in the morning, that was a great and unexpected experience. We would definitely like to book this location again.

We had an amazing stay. We were there for a quick 3 day trip from the states to visit family in billingshurst. It was absolutely perfect for us as a family with a small toddler. The location was ideal for seeing the family and the parking was incredibly convenient! I honestly think it was even cuter in person than in the photos. We will definitely stay again for our next visit!

The Bowery is a fantastic little cottage in the heart of Storrington. Very comfortable and cosy. Our trip was made all the better with a visit from Felicity, the owners cat, who made us feel very welcome.

We were three families, a total of 12 people, who stayed at Pip’s house for a week. The house is spacious, very well equipped, and perfect for larger groups. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood is nice, and we enjoyed the walk into the city center. Pip is a very friendly and experienced airbnb-host, and she responded quickly to all texts. All twelve of us will highly recommend Pip’s house!

Pekes is a perfect weekend get away. Set in Sussex countryside far from the madding crowd. With facilities on the door: swimming pool and jacuzzi. We stayed at Tudor View which has stunning views and was a comfortable living space for the five of us. Thank you Pekes Team.

The Old Vicarage is a beautiful period style house set in extensive gardens with excellent facilities. The swimming pool is of the highest quality: heated with a fully retractable cover and a security fence to keep out wandering youngsters. The pizza oven and barbecue are easy to use and in a great setting near the pool. The owner (Karen) was very responsive and helpful. All the family, from toddler to grandparents had a great time. I have no hesitation in recommending the Old Vicarage for a relaxing, family oriented and sport filled holiday. Finally, thanks to Karen for being a great and accommodating host.

Lovely unexpected stay at Caroline’s whilst emergency repairs were carried out at home. Caroline was extremely helpful and responsive & the cottage was very well equipped for our last minute needs! Property grounds are beautiful. We may well go back in the summer for a couple of nights. Thank you Caroline.

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

The barn was a magical place for Christmas. So much space and comfort. Beams galore and so much character! Perfectly comfy beds with modern bathrooms and kitchen. We would love to return.

We were over from Australia visiting family in the area - this house was such a great find for us. Justin had the pool at a great temperature which was perfect to be able to swim in Winter, we didn't use the spa but it was a good temperature too. The house catered for everyone, the kitchen was great and well stocked with everything you'd need to use (our kids loved the fridge with its crushed ice option), the lounge was very cosy and welcoming and we really enjoyed the dining area in the conservatory. As an extra touch, the downstairs of the house had been decorated for Christmas and it gave the house a lovely homely feel especially for us being away from home. We had a couple of questions about the house and Justin was available immediately to help us. We had a great time at the house and would definitely re-book in the future!
