The place was such a quirky, lovely space. The main bathroom with double shower and steam room stood out and the flexible living space. Was perfect location and especially with parking so close to the pier etc it was great value for money. Hosts were fab, attentive and responsive when needed. Thank you for having us and we would definitely stay again.

It was a good place to stay. I am really avid cook and so could have used with bit more upscale kitchen items, but other than that it was a solid and good place to stay

A great space, ideal for me as I was travelling for work. There was easy access to transport and Brighton city centre. Penny provided clear information ahead of my trip and also provided suggestions of places to eat.

Overall the flat was perfect. Fabulous location. Inside was recently decorated and appliances were brand new. The bed was advertised as King size and as we come from Canada we expected it to be like our King beds whereas it is a large double. We were able to use the sofa bed though. Bottom line apart from the bed size it was as advertised. Thanks Simon and Sansan

Lovely flat with everything that you need for a short stay. Easy to find and easy check in/check out. Brighton beach is around a 20 minute walk or there is a bus stop round the corner if you prefer. Plenty of cafes and shops on your doorstep. A great, convenient location to explore Brighton and Hove!

Amazing place felt just like home. Well located accommodation, close to shops and beach. Beautiful sea view. We had a lovely stay. My Grandson enjoyed sitting on the big swivel chair looking out at the view of the sea. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to book again

We had a lovely stay, Sue is super accommodating and the apartment was exceptionally clean. The rainfall shower and bathroom was a particular highlight. Instructions on entry and parking nearby were accurate and we had everything we needed and more to self cater. Would certainly stay again and recommend to anyone wanting a pad in central Brighton right by the sea!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is spacious with the bedrooms away from the living room and kitchen allowing you to go to bed without being disturbed by those wanting to stay up and watch TV etc. It is very easy to get around on the busses and a quick walk to the waterfront and promenade. Also easy access to Hove station.

Thank you Wayne & Ollie for a great stay. We enjoyed our time at your place and the additional extras and home touches were very much appreciated. The only thing that we noticed was that the kitchenware was not clean to use on arrival, however this was quickly rectified using the dishwasher. Great value for money 🙂

Moment we arrived Anne made us feel welcomed and at ease. The garden room was perfect for us. Staying for the marathon weekend, lovely base to relax and easy walking distance for both the start and finish line. Wonderful extras available to us which made it comfortable and just lovely. You can tell Anne has really put a lot of effort into the place. Bed was comfortable and soft. Got a good nights sleep on both nights. Which was very much needed. Definitely book again if visiting the Brighton area :)

Beautiful apartment in great location, well presented throughout with amazing views over the Marina and a south facing sunny balcony.

Not far from the sea and not far from good restaurants, bars and pubs. A great place to stay for a weekend or a bit longer. Clean and easily accessible, the accommodation was quiet and well equipped. Claire was a very helpful and responsive host.

Charlotte was a fantastic host. The bottle of bubbly on arrival was a lovely touch too. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in Charlotte's interesting and well loved home. The hot tub and roll top bath provided a great way to relax after visiting the beach and town. As artists the artwork on display made for great conversation points too. We feel inspired. Xx

Excellent host - Dean was welcoming and friendly and went out of his way to make it a lovely stay. The flat was really comfortable, well kitted out and beautifully decorated, we really enjoyed the hot tub! 2 mins walk to the sea and a lovely walk along the seafront into Brighton which took about 10 minutes. We had a great time - would happily recommend.

Me and my friend stayed at Owen's and Priscilla for a month. They gave as accommodation for a long course we to do. They are two amazing people, very young smart and pleasant. We have enjoyed to know each other and to chat with them. Overall the experience was great. The house is in a really nice residential area close to Gatwick airport and well connected with the London area. If we come back as I am sure we will we will definitely repeat the experience.

Jo is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever met. She’s such a lovely and genuinely helpful person. My partner and I stayed for a night after visiting Pooh Corner, Ashdown Forest, and many other charming places nearby. Everything was perfect. Jo made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her home is beautiful, the hot tub was incredibly relaxing, and there’s so much to do in the area. We highly recommend staying at Jo’s place. Thank you for everything.

Absolutely loved our stay, the kitchen has everything you need in it, and its so convenient being inside the hotel. You can be walking on the beach in 2 mins from leaving, and have access to the pool too. The living room and bedroom are at opposites ends so you can watch TV while the baby is asleep, it really feels like a little home away from home. We go to Brighton often and have been looking for our favourite place - we might just have found it!

Amazing stay at Ricky’s place in Brighton. Location was perfect, walkable to everywhere we needed. Apartment was decorated great & what really stood out was the amenities - above any other Air BnB we’ve stayed in. Will definitely be back
