Quiet fenced waterfront home

Pamela is an AWESOME host! Very responsive and very understanding. We stayed here when we made our long-haul move from IN. Because of our long-distance travel, our check-in time was weird and Pamela was so understanding. It had a wonderful back yard for our dogs and the neighbors made us feel very welcomed. The house had everything we needed including a washer and dryer that worked great. It is very peaceful and a nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone coming to the Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte area to stay here.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sly Gator House. The space accommodated our young family plus grandparents comfortably. Our 3 year old was very taken with the animals and zoo next door, and it was fun to walk over to the river to watch the airboats and swamp buggies. We had a tour booked to go search for fossils in the river, and this location was the best for that. We just strolled over for check in and walked home for a shower after a long day of hunting for megalodon teeth. We would happily come back and stay again!

We had a great time. Loved the location, it was close to pretty much everything. Our two 4 pound, Emotional Support Yorkie’s loved the screened in lanai. They would go out there to play and to get some warm sunshine. It was really cute! I love the laundry room, it was perfect and so convenient, right outside the lanai! The two bathrooms were really nice… They both were beautifully remodeled. All in all… our stay was great and we enjoyed it very much. Thank you Angel. We appreciate it. Debbie, Bob, Luci, and Tito.

Our family was very impressed with this beautiful home. The house was spotless and had everything we could have possibly needed for the adults and kiddo. The home is very spacious but yet enough common space that everyone was able to spend quality time together. We could not recommend this home more especially if you have kids.

What a find! The house was clean, and finishes were new. Everything that you could need was provided. The best feature of the home were the pool and the canal. If you enjoy watching birds and nature, this is the place. We also enjoyed the nearby park with its trails and wildlife. Highly recommend this place and hope to return in the future. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Very conveniently located to everything we needed, although most everything we needed was provided and easy to find. The beach easily accessible, and everything you could want to go to the beach, other than a swim suit, was provided. The home was comfortable and homey. Beds were comfortable. The fenced yard and outdoor furniture was perfect for relaxing. The only complaint we had was the night we got in late and ordered a pizza and wings. No one was impressed by the wings, but then we are from the greater Buffalo area. Would definitely recommend anyone stay here.

Juliet’s home was a great place for my family. It was in a great location, and in a SAFE and peaceful neighborhood. Although no ocean beach within about 40 minutes of the house, it gave many options to see so many other places in Florida (Ft Myers, Siesta Key, Boca Grande, and Naples) which we went to while we were visiting. The master bedroom was nice, and very comfortable bed, mattress and linens. The other bedrooms were great as well, and had plenty of space. The two living room spaces were also wonderful. The screened in lanai was also something we enjoyed, and the hot tub was so nice to wind down after long days running around! The kitchen had a lot of space, and was open. The washer and dryer are also in the garage and were nice size! We loved this space and hope to be back in the future. Thank you for sharing your house! I loved it so much.

We truly enjoyed our stay in north port at Liliia’s place. The place was as pictured and the pool was great, we loved swimming each day. It was very clean and had a lot of space for our family! Stores and restaurants are within 10 min and the beautiful beaches are within 30-40 min. Great place and great location. We would love to come back again!
