An excellent place, conveniently located, they clean every day, the rooms are always spotless, a beautiful view, and with everything you need, there are many restaurants and even a supermarket just a step away from the apartment. A detail that we found very warm and made us feel right at home was that they always have unlimited cookies available in the kitchen for guests. Thank you so much for the experience

Francisco's place was a great location on a quiet street at night but accessible to a wonderful market and of course the rest of Lisbon. The amenities were great with a wonderful community kitchen and dining room where you could make a simple meal. The garden was a nice alternative place to relax outdoors and the shower was FABULOUS!! The room was simple but with very comfortable beds and amenities. Eduardo met us at the front door and oriented us nicely and was available to answer questions during the day. He supplied an extra fan and pillows when requested and gave info on local eateries. Ask about the place with EXCELLENT beef stew! Really to die for! The beautiful old wood floors in the hall were a bit creaky when walked on but all the guests were super respectful with hours. A great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay and loved being in Furnas (the hot springs!). The room was spacious and clean, the water is amazing, and access to the communal kitchen and laundry were very convenient. Our only complaint is about the street noise and that we weren’t able to have any of the windows open… ever.

Our room was more than satisfactory for a short term -1 night- Impeccably clean room, bed, unnamed comfort, more than pleasant shower. Air conditioning is a big plus. The host's little touches are the cherry on the cake ; beach towels, welcome biscuit, water (FRESH!), tea, coffee, soft blanket and so on... Only small downsides; the flush that whistles strongly when filling as well as the shared balcony GLUED to the bedroom window, this causes slight noise disturbances. It's still very minimal! We still recommend this beautiful room.

This place is the highest building/floor on the island. Very special place as it has common areas kitchen and living area where we got to meet other travelers from around the world. Such a unique experience and I highly recommend this stay and host.

This place is in a strategic point of the island, as it is in the center of the city, which allows you to move easily to any part of the island. It has a very nice ocean view and the room is comfortable, I felt at ease and I was able to rest well, the kitchen has what you need, there is even a coffee and chocolate machine and I loved that there were always some very tasty pancakes for breakfast or a snack. The cleanliness is maintained at 100% and the communication is excellent.

I only stayed for one night, but the place was exactly what I needed. it is a one bedroom with a private bathroom, and is centrally located, with paid and free parking near by. The room was very clean, and the host was very helpful when I needed help with finding the place and responded quickly!

We only used it for a night before departure, but even so we were very satisfied and I can imagine returning for a longer time. The premises are tastefully furnished and clean, the room has a balcony and a beautiful view of the entire city. The shared bathroom opposite the room was nice and clean, in addition to the towels, there are also bathrobes available in the room for moving to the bathroom. The kitchen is large and equipped, with enough seating, the refrigerator is clearly divided for individual guests. Access is a little more complicated, but after carefully reading the instructions it is easy. Many shops and restaurants in the area. Finally, I must highlight the helpfulness of the host and ordering a cheap taxi to the airport for an early morning departure.
