Monthly Rentals in Ponderay

Great little place. Worked well for 2 couples and close to Schweitzer Mtn. Very nicely decorated and comfortable given the sized. We would definitely stay here again. Scott is a very responsive host and instructions were clear and easy to follow for both check-in and check-out.

I had a fantastic stay at Travis’s place in Sandpoint! It was cozy but had everything I needed for my month-long visit—perfect for shorter stays too. Sandpoint is beautiful, and Travis is a great resource to ask about local spots to eat and hike. He’s an amazing host and has a super friendly dog, which made it feel even more like home. I would definitely stay here again!

Wow! This place is a hidden gem! I’m almost tempted to not write such a shining review because I want it to be available the next time I’m in town 🤫 Pauline has set up the most serene and beautiful space…exactly what I was looking for. It’s a few minute drive into Sandpoint and yet it’s the most quiet and beautiful neighborhood. When we arrived, we took a neighborhood walk and saw wild turkey and beautiful deer. Thank you Pauline, I hope to be back!! Best Airbnb I’ve ever found.

We absolutely adored this loft! It was so cozy and 100% what we were looking for in a holiday getaway. It’s steps from downtown and a close to Schweitzer. Even with a kitchenette I was able to prepare a holiday meal. I couldn’t have been happier with our time spent there. Thanks for hosting us!
