The communication was wonderful and I appreciated all of the amenities in the home. Felt very comfortable and relaxed during our stay! Would for sure stay again!

Kim and Travis’s lakeside hideaway is absolutely stunning! The photos truly don’t do it justice. The lake views were a highlight of our stay—whether we were relaxing on the front porch or enjoying the scenery from inside, it was always a peaceful and beautiful sight. The kitchen is another standout. It’s fully stocked, spacious, and perfect for cooking and gathering as a family. We loved how it was designed with plenty of room for everyone to pitch in, and it made mealtime a real treat. The loft setup is fantastic for kids—offering them their own space to play and relax, while still being connected to the family below. The location is wonderfully quiet and secluded, making it an ideal getaway for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature. On top of all of that, Kim and Travis were incredible hosts. Their communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. It made the whole experience even more enjoyable knowing they were so attentive to our needs.

Our family of three had a lovely stay. We enjoyed the gift basket of snacks and toys for our 2 year old, so thoughtful of them to provide that! The rental had everything we needed. Thank you!

Tara's place was delightful. We felt like we were pampered guests in a brand new home. So many little extras that I have never encountered in all my travels. We experienced genuine kindness and caring from our host. We have stayed in many vacation rentals in several states. This is by far our best experience. We did not meet our host in person but through our communications we came away feeling like we had good friends Twin Lakes.

There are a few maintenance items that should be looked into, and some parts of the house were smudged/dirty like the TV screen in the living room, and the cooktop. Make sure you are checking all emails and texts! All of your instructions for getting into the home are on their website page for you, so getting in (door code) was a bit confusing compared to other Airbnbs we have stayed in. That site has everything you need, check-in and out, WiFi, door and gate codes, etc. I just didn’t know to look there at first. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved staying at this well-appointed home in a quiet Hayden neighborhood! The finishings are really lovely, the place was spotless and it just overall felt luxurious. Kiana was super gracious and responsive to questions, had great local recommendations in the guest book, and everything was just straight up easy and convenient.

Just stayed here for a long weekend. Perfect spot to hit the slopes at Schweitzer Mountain during the day and enjoy the nightlife in sandpoint for the evening. Hope to come back again soon!

Eric was an amazing host! Very clear instructions and a great guest guide for local things to do while you stay. They were very responsive and flexible with our schedule. Beautiful home amazing views. We will definitely be staying at this home again and recommend others to stay as well.

We could tell that Robert and Ellen went to work for us. We had everything we needed and then some. They are thorough, detail oriented and very pleasant to interact with. Splitting the cost with a couple of good friends made it reasonable. First morning saw an owl out of the window out from the porch in the trees. Firs night saw a huge bull moose right under the porch. Looked like he thought it was as his home. Looking forward to visiting again next year.

This was a terrific spot on the Lake. We had a fantastic stay with the kids and grand kids.

Had a great stay at this wonderful Bunkhouse. Very full stocked kitchen. Many games and DVD's on site. Will definitely use this location for future trips to the area.

The stay was amazing we were a little nervous due to it being surrounded by trees but it was amazing it felt safe super clean! She had good branded shampoos and conditioners as well as body wash! Plenty of towels lots of fun games plenty of place an amazing area for s’mores beautiful view outside with all the outdoor light it was super fun we will definitely be returning:) the host answer all my questions within mins of me asking she was super patient with my questions they answer the phone super fast she was so flexible with our arrival the manager was so great she helped us with some tap that was so needed for decoration such great people loved everything about the place:)

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was comfortable and well-stocked with helpful items. We had our toddler with us, so we were thankful for the baby gates and the high chair. There was a bit of noise upstairs late at night, but that was mentioned in the description so we were aware of that in advance. We'd certainly consider staying here again if we return to the area.

Great place to get away with the family. Close to everything - town, grocery store, skiing, lake...spacious, with plenty of room to spread out. Dog friendly, which we truly appreciated.

Great place to stay! The home is beautiful inside, and surrounded by beautiful open space. The master bedroom was comfortable. The master shower is very luxurious with its multiple jets. Lots of closet space if you need that. The kitchen is very well furnished - good knives, multiple cutting boards, mixing bowls, measuring cups, utinsels, lots of plates/bowls/glasses/mugs, and serving dishes. It's great to have your crew sitting at the kitchen island while prepping a meal. The fireplace adds a warm ambience and warmth. The floors are polished concrete with heating coils so bring your thick socks or slippers to soften up the walking. The bunk room has 2 bunk beds = 4 beds. The game room has a pull-out bed that was judged to be "very comfortable". The 2nd bathroom has a double sink area and then a separated toilet & shower room, so it can handle all the people. There are two cool cats that live in the garage. They will greet you and want pets if you're into that.

All of Duann's properties are spotless clean and have all of the amenities you would want. The Gemhouse was the perfect place for our family of 4 and 2 dogs to stay. We felt comfortable and right at home the entire time. The neighborhood is quiet. House is very close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Loved staying at Jennifer’s place for our annual ski trip. Great location close to town, lovely home, comfortable beds. Great to warm up in the hottub!
