Very quaint little beach house ! We enjoyed walking back and forth to the ocean. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Walking in , you could smell and feel the cleanliness with attention to detail.

We stayed here for the Daytona 500 race. It was a comfortable and peaceful stay. I loved how all the amenities we needed were provided. Each room was comfortable for my family. Loved relaxing on the back patio too. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

New construction home with plenty of space and a nice, fully fenced backyard for pets. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Lovely neighborhood that’s great for taking a stroll. Very happy with our stay!

The house is in a great location that’s in a peaceful neighborhood. It had everything that was needed. The travel time to different beaches was minimal for sight seeing and enjoying different beaches.

Melissa's place is in a great location, close to restaurants, bars, stores, and a few blocks from the beach. It's on a quiet street with private parking. The AC unit was a little tricky nut we figured it out. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Chris had a fantastic response time and was overall a pleasure to work with. The house was fairly difficult to find but that didn’t take away from the place. Great experience all together.

The house was very easy to find and located in a quiet neighborhood. Due to our late arrival he left the lights on and said we could contact him no matter how early in the morning it was when we got there for any problems. The house was very spacious and clean and exactly as the pictures showed. Richard was very responsive and accommodating for us! We really appreciated everything he did for us before our arrival and during our stay.

The House is a great Airbnb. I spent almost two weeks there. Very warm and inviting. Safe neighborhood, walkable to beach, restaurants and shops. Corinne was very nice and responsive. Had a couple requests during my stay and they were taken care of very quickly. Was nice chatting with other guests. It is a historic building so there is some older things, but it just adds to the charm. Would definitely recommend.

What an amazing experience, beautiful facility, very pet and animal friendly, would highly recommend staying here! Hosts were very friendly and helpful, made us feel right at home from the first minute we arrived. Evening bonfires were very nice, holding a lot of the animals , goats, turkeys, chickens, and dogs. We have already booked again for next year…

Angie was super responsive and helpful. Great room and view. We were here for the Rolex 24 at Daytona as track marshals. Location is convenient to track and easy access. Permitted parking was assuring and area seemed safe. Would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend staying here! I traveled with 5 of my friends to stay at Chip’s Airbnb and we were all blown away. The kitchen is huge with all the appliances and tools you need. Next to the kitchen is a walk out balcony that we spent most of our time in. The balcony has a screen so we did not have to worry about bugs. The beds were large and extra bedding was provided as well with sheets. The sheets were to die for and super comfortable and kept us nice and cool on the Florida muggy nights. Not only is this place a perfect place for friends or family, but it is also right across from the beach. It took us less than 2 minutes to walk to the beach. All the neighbors are super friendly and want to chat, too. There were two pools, two hot tubs, and a tennis court as well. Overall, our stay was amazing. It was so great that I plan on being back in September. I highly recommend this stay for anyone!

This condo was amazing for our one week stay in Daytona! The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean, the furniture was great, and it had everything that we needed for our family of four. The location on the beach was awesome! Having the washer/dryer and garage for our rental available made things a lot easier for our stay. Ardina was excellent with her communication and responsive to all questions and information. We would highly recommend this condo for anyone who is planning on a family vacation to Daytona. Very clean, love the views things were at a walkable distance. Did not see any bugs while we stayed there. Michelle was very helpful very clear with directions and things to do around the area. Will definitely be back.

This condo is in a fantastic location right on New Smyrna Beach. The interior was clean, well-maintained, and decorated with charming beachy touches that made it feel cozy and inviting. While the exterior is a bit dated, as shown in the photos, it didn’t impact our stay—especially considering the great price and unbeatable location. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!
