Fantastic Stay in Sanford! We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, with comfy beds that made for a great night's sleep. The hot water was reliable, and the WiFi was strong—perfect for staying connected. It was easy to find and conveniently close to downtown, making it a great spot for exploring the area. Overall, a clean, cozy, and well-located stay. Highly recommend!

But most of all, you were the kindest, most proactive host we've ever had. And check-in was a breeze and so well explained. And for ONCE the check out instructions were WONDERFUL. So simple and didn't seem like so many rules and things to do lol. Sounds silly, but it was so nice. The quick walk across to the beach was just wonderful! I feel like we should know you! Our family of 8 stayed 4 nights during my niece’s wedding weekend. The house is spacious and met the needs of my parents and my adult sons & their wives. The house is a short block from the beach with direct access onto the sand. It is close to great restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Sherri was very communicative with quick responses. We will definitely be back!

This was the perfect place for us to use has home base while doing a series of day trips. Restaurants and grocery stores were just minutes away. Loved how quiet the neighborhood was, and especially enjoyed waking over to a nearby park with a great playground and open spaces for frisbee and running around. Beds were so comfortable, and there was a variety of pillows to choose from.

Good location. Made for a fun trip that we would definitely consider booking in the future.

Hands down the best AirBnB I have seen. Place looks brand new, great totally stocked kitchen with an abundance of utensils and cookware (we even found a crockpot!). Bathrooms are beautiful, especially the master. Bedrooms are great and the outdoor patio are is gorgeous. Great communication and hassle free checkin. Just A+ experience all around. Location was great for us as it was close to the relatives we were visiting but also 15 minutes from the beach, 40 minutes to St. Augustine and about 90 minutes to Orlando. Great central location for everything we wanted to see. We’ll definitely book again when we come back to visit.

We have stayed at Michele's AirBnB for the last three years. The house is absolutely impeccable, amazing decor, everything you need is in the kitchen, stunning landscaping and pool area, and has everything you need to just sit back and relax while enjoying this stunning home. I highly recommend!!! Michele is also proactive with communication and always available if you have any questions during your stay! Top notch AirBnB!!

Wonderful place near the beach! We loved how spacious and the comfortable this place was! Walk to the beach was minutes! Everything we needed and more!

We truly enjoyed our time at the Condo. The view from the balcony was spectacular anytime of the day. There was an issue with the pool(closed) & that would have been nice to use since the days were very warm. It’s a very peaceful place to relax & recharge right on the beach!!! Will rebook again next time we are in Daytona.

Nice little spot that was very clean. The host is very responsive and accommodating. This has nothing to do with the host but pay attention to the tide charts! The house is right across the street from the beach but when it is high tide there is not really any beach there.

The condo is adorable and the location and ocean view from the balcony are everything you could wish for in a place to stay. I would take my coffee on the balcony in the morning and watch the waves. Vickie could not be a better hostess and she responded immediately with any questions we had. The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of supplies. Also, the bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. The pool was well maintained and never crowded. We had a wonderful time and if we ever come back to Ormond Beach we would definitely stay at Vickie's place again.

Melissa’s place was perfect for our stay. Getting in was a little bit frustrating…we had 4 adults and a t separate times all had trouble with the keyless entry. The decor was adorable, beds comfy and plenty of seating inside and out. My husband noted the deep fryer wasn’t clean but we didn’t need it anyway. And very occasionally in the master bed I would get a whiff of musty air. But, all in all it met expectations and was a comfortable, welcoming and affordable place to stay. Thanks Melissa!

Marianela was very accommodating and had everything we could have needed. She was super helpful with local recommendations. The beach is across the street and she had plenty of beach chairs, coolers and a wagon to transport it. Everything was super clean and she had a washing machine for us to wash our beach towels. Would highly recommend and we will be back!

A beautiful beach home with all the amenities. Beds were comfortable. Great location. A semi private beach access with plenty of parking.

Great place at walking distance to the beach. Can get anywhere else within a 15 mins radius via car as well. Lawrence was very friendly and the house was very cozy. We would definitely go back

This was the perfect spot to have a quiet getaway with many local restaurants, stores, and activities within driving distance! We will definitely consider staying here again. The master bathroom shower was HUGE and beautiful, and the living room space allows many to watch a movie together comfortably.

The house and the host were both amazing. The house is a perfect place to enjoy Flagler beach. My family, sons and grandchildren, all had a great time and the house made everything so easy. A perfect vacation spot. We'll be back!

Our family had a memorable stay at this beautiful property. We walked less than 10 minutes south to dinner at the Golden Lion, an afternoon ice cream at Sally's, and Easter Sunrise Service at the park. We walked a little further north to an amazing brunch at Java Joint, but we mostly soaked up the incredible view. The furniture, even on the patio, is all designed for comfort. Couch has dual electric recliners built in, the beds are all pillow top, and the lounge chairs on the sun deck are delightful for catching rays or a nap! Extraordinary kitchen is fully stocked and is loaded with prep space. This property is posh in every sense, but the thoughtful touches really set this rental apart from others. Lovely soaps, quality linens, plush towels, beach towels and chairs, substantial outdoor grill, a high top table oceanside porch to ensure views, back porch with large ceiling fans for reading a book or a private conversation, and my twenty somethings raved about the gaming system, raved!

We went there to celebrate our daughter's birthday. We had a great weekend at the beach. the place is huge, inside and outside. Had everything we needed for a beach getaway.

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. If you’re on the fence—book it. This Flagler Beach spot absolutely slaps. First off, 3-ply toilet paper? That’s the kind of hospitality that says we care about your cheeks. Respect. The beachfront view is pure therapy—sunrise coffee hits different here. Morning wave-gliding was next level, especially with the provided poolside gear. It’s giving surf-core serenity. Kitchen? Fully tooled. From the fridge to the pans, we had everything we needed to chef it up without a hitch. Board games for the kids kept them vibing while the grownups unwound—major win. In short: sunny vibes locked in, comfort dialed up, and memories made. 5/5 stars. Zero regrets. You can’t go wrong.

What a great week at this beautiful home! Anne was the perfect host and was here cleaning the pool every day. The home is spacious, updated and clean. Just a perfect launching spot for all of our family adventures around town and at the beaches. Look no further for the perfect place in NSB!
