We had a family of 20 book with Maxime and Jaime and they were amazing. Very helpful, very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and all the perks! We will be booking with them again soon!

I really enjoyed the hotel, Allan had described the property pretty clear and it is great. You pay the all inclusive fee at the hotel, which is well worth. Allan is very fast at answering every question. I can’t wait to go back . Thanks Allan for all your help!

Quiet location close to restaurants bars, shops and cafes. Memo our property manager was very nice and helpful. We shared the apartment between 3 people and it was very comfortable. The terrace and jacuzzi has a very nice view to take in sunsets.

Kateryna was a responsive host and helped us get the right room type for us (Queen junior suite). The biggest perks were the Super Elite privileges which we used a lot - best was a la carte breakfast, private covered Bali beds on beach, mini bar restocked daily and the concierge service. We needed the concierge help to book 4 reservations for us when we could find no room. (Best to book before you get on resort.) Kateryna helped us to book private transport to/from the airport/resort which we appreciated because of the time & hassle we saved. I highly recommend Kateryna. We loved our vacation.

Carlos is a phenomenal host. By far the best host I have ever come across. When we arrived, he greeted us at the condo to ensure we were aware of everything for the duration of our stay. The building and the apartment are beautiful and very well maintained. The garden in the ground floor is stunning. We ordered food in the cafe downstairs and it was surprisingly good - we had green juices and avocado toast. Carlos kept in touch with us during our stay and we even bumped into him in the building a few times. He gave us fabulous tips on where to go and what to do particularly in Bacalar and Merida. Carlos knows the area very well and his suggestions were excellent. He saved us a lot of time from having to look up restaurants and places to stay. The only item that was difficult to get used to at first was the noise at night coming from the courtyard. We wanted to leave the door open to let the fresh air in but after 2 weeks of trying, we decided to close the door and use the fan instead because we got woken up often. Once we closed the doors at night, we slept much better. Security was great at following up with loud music and people. All we had to do was call reception and they followed up 100% of the time. I would absolutely chose Carlos again.

Michela’s room was everything I needed for a perfect stay. Spacious, comfortable, with its own bathroom and balcony, and filled with natural light. The access to the common areas made it feel like home. Michela might think her English isn’t great, but trust me—it’s absolutely functional. She’s incredibly friendly and even treated me to a much-needed espresso forte after a month of weak americanos. Her pets added a unique charm to the stay: two sweet cats (one shy, one chatty but independent) and a little dog, Lola, who mostly stays by Michela’s side. If you’re not an animal lover, no worries—it’s easy to avoid them. The pool was a lifesaver after a day at the beach, which is just a 15-minute drive away. The location is ideal—peaceful and just outside all the hustle and bustle, which I really appreciated. I strongly recommend staying here. Michela’s hospitality and the simplicity of the experience made it memorable.
