Apartment vacation rentals in Playa Guiones

This is my second time staying with Andy & Yuko, I ended up extending my stay for almost 2 months! They are incredible people and hosts - this airbnb is perfect for recharging and healing in any capacity. I highly recommend this location for any friends and family visiting Nosara for it's accessibility, location, and the amazing attention to detail & love from Andy & Yuko. I will be back many times. <3

We had an excellent stay! The garden and pool area are beautiful, the suite was very comfortable, nicely decorated, and very clean! Nicole and Justin are very friendly and quick to answer any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Had an amazing stay at Douglas’s place! The home was comfortable for two couples and spacious. It’s easy to walk to the beach close by for sunsets and a swim on the south end of the beach. The location is central, definitely need a car to get to Playa Guiones and the main Nosara street. Would definitely recommend!

Vincent's place was clean, comfortable and beautiful - a short walk to anything we needed, including the beach and sitting by the pool to begin and end our day was a wonderful perk. We wish we had stayed longer!

Wonderful stay! The beach house was clean, cozy, and perfectly located—just steps from the beach. The host was responsive and helpful, and the serene atmosphere made it the perfect getaway. Highly recommend for a relaxing coastal retreat!

We loved the apartment!! Especially the view! Federico is an amazing host and helped immediatly when we contacted him (although I don‘t think, it is necessary;)). We really recommend this apartment for a stay in Sámara. The area is great and feels very safe. Thank you for the great stay!!!

What a fantastic place! The flat felt spacious with high ceiling, everything was clean and well presented. The surroundings amazing with the pool area outside, and the wonderful beach only a short walk on the path through the woods. The information provided was very easy to understand, and when we had further questions and needed tips, Claire was quick to reply and was very helpful. We loved our stay, a perfect spot for a family of five. We highly recommend a stay here!

This was a great place. Apt had everything we needed! You can walk to beach to in 7 mins and the store is 2 mins away, coffee is two minutes away everything is at your fingertips. Quiet at night, comfortable bed with AC. Kitchen had everything you might need to cook meals and make yourself coffee. It was great for us, we hope to come back soon!

Excellent location! Minutes to restaurants, the beach, bars, shops, and everything else. The studio is clean and has all the essentials. The outdoor patio and showers are perfect.

This place is outstanding! Located just at the beach surrounded by all kind of plants, trees and palms. There is a very nice and modern yoga deck for guests with all equipment you need. I was actualy enjoying it every day. The place is very clean and fresh. You have everything you need in the kitchen. However the best of all is when you take your one minute walk form your door to the beach. The view is beautifull! Host is very helpfull and when I had any questions how to move around in the town I got always help. Doesn't matter if you are alone or with your kids this place is a perfect choice. Definatelly place I will visit again.

Anyone reading this should stop now and go push the big red “reserve” button. You don’t need a review you need to stay at Deborah’s place. For anyone who doesn’t believe me, read on… We stayed for 6 weeks in May and June 2022. My wife, baby daughter (7 months), and I absolutely fell in love with the property and the area. The place was clean, the kitchen was stocked, the property is 200m from the beach, and the pool is a dream. You are living in the jungle so yes the odd bug will get in, and you will deal with mosquitoes when you are enjoying the deck or the pool, but it’s no big deal - buy a mosquito coil from the Super Chino in Samara and forget about the little bugs. You are in Costa Rica at a beautiful condo steps from the beach with a private pool. Don’t skip this place… We looked all over Samara and during our stay we had the opportunity to visit other AirBnBs our friends were staying in… Deborah’s was better than all of them… not our words, just feedback our friends would tell us after hanging at our rental. The good: Pool, kitchen, outdoor space, location, Deborah and her partner Peter who made our trip perfect, the nature all around, the windows, the AC, did I say the pool? And so much more…. The bad: Road out front is noisy, especially in the morning (ear plugs or airpods fix this): The bed is quite firm - i liked it, my wife prefers softer mattresses. Bugs will get in (Raid - which is available in the suite in the cleaning cupboard - along the windows and doors fixes this) I will 100% be back, and I really hope that after reading this review you don’t book the same days I am hoping to book… On 2nd thought, don’t book this place because I want it all for myself ;)

This place has a really great location! It’s close to both beaches. There’s a trail just up the street that will take you to Pelada. Also the mini mart and plenty of places to eat are right there. The studio was just as described and the A/C was life saving for me because I was recovering from a stomach virus. The company was responsive and helpful! It did smell a little musty and mildewy as someone else had also mentioned.

Perfect little apartment a short walk from the beach! This place is rustic and outdoorsy and had everything we needed. The living room is outdoors, so be prepared for warm hangouts! Lots of awesome animal and nature sounds. We felt safe and it was easy to walk to all the restaurants and shops as well. We had a little bit of an ant problem (to be expected with such an outdoorsy place) and the manager Megane was very quick to help. We’d definitely stay again!

The perfect apartment for a vacation in Nosara. Conveniently located just 10 minutes' walk from the magnificent Playa Pelada beach, opposite the Sunrise café, with the Bodega for occasional shopping. Very convenient and easy check-in procedure. Apartment in perfect state of cleanliness with a beautiful decoration 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with beds and linen of good quality, A very pleasant terrace to take meals. Possibility of using the washing machine Esperanza a very attentive host always available by phone. I spent a beautiful stay with my two children. Muchas Gracias Esperanza

I enjoyed staying at Chirley’s. Unfortunately, I came during a rainy period so there wasn’t much fun to have but the location was great for quiet. I rented a car and took Chirley’s advice and suggestions for restaurants and beaches, which were satisfactory. Her communication was great and she was quick to respond and remedy anything I needed. The hammock was a great touch. I also enjoyed the pool and the outside setup to read and relax. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely private apartment w killer view of the sea from above the town - lovely back patio w adjacent shared pool that feels like it is your own. I’ll be back.

Had a great stay here. The space is very well-equipped and in a convenient location in north Guiones. There wasn’t any construction noise at all during my time. The hosts were more than accommodating and offered both early check in and late check out. Would stay here again - thanks!

We had a great time in Avignon! The place is quiet, clean and close to Playa Pelada. It's a quieter place than Playa Guiones. Restaurants, cafe, and a few shops nearby, where you can walk. The managers of the place were available quickly to help us and very responsive. However, note that the road to get to the accommodation is difficult (lots of holes, dirt road). It's everywhere this type of street in Nosara. I recommend it!

This was one of those experiences I will never forget. George and Gina were amazing hosts and treated my wife and I like family, inviting us to their opening party and a sound healing session. The property is brand new and perfect. There is a sauna, a cold plunge, a jacuzzi, gym, top quality studios and suites with an amazing bed, sheets, towels, and everything you need. The hosts are humble, under promise and over deliver. If you’re looking for a getaway, this is the place to be! The views are breath taking. This was more than just a typical airBnB stay, this is a place where genuine relaxation and connection is made. Wishing you the very best, George, Gina, and the staff!

We had an amazing stay here. The room was as described and clean. 5 minute walk to Playa Pelada! The pool and gym was amazing as well, and host was very welcoming and responsive.

Great place to stay, absolutely love the apartment, very clean and upscale, the owner is very nice. He gave us detailled instructions to take care of his beautiful plants at home, which was very easy to do. I highly recommend renting from him. You’ll love the place. The coworking spaces are gorgeous and the pool is absolutely stunning. The community that lives there is very warm and welcoming and we made tons of friends staying there. Highly recommend.

Great host … the pool is so unique - it made me feel like a kid again. I highly recommend this place - we loved our experience and the Property was amazing!

Everything at Ambar's Nest at Become Nosara was perfect for our weeklong family vacation. The condo was the perfect size for our family of four (two kids) and the facilities were very well maintained. It was easy to come and go to the beach or to town, and everything felt very safe and secure. We love visiting Nosara and this place is clean, comfortable, and in a great location convenient to everything. The communal pool area is perfect for kids. The property manager was quick to respond and everything went smoothly with our stay. Highly recommend this place for visiting Nosara!

Clean basic rooms. Good A/C. One HBO channel in English. Sports Channel. Bus stop to Samara a few yards down the street. Basic mini kitchenette to cook what ever you want and full size fridge. They say no hot water but found showering later in the day you had hot water from heat on the water pipes. Felt like family with the great hosts of Nataly and her family and pups. Would definitely stay here again. Very good value for the money paid.
