really enjoy the space and amenities; beautiful view from the balcony to sip your morning coffee. small issues with the suite but nothing that can't be address. would definitely recommend this place to others! Thank you for hosting!

Overall, a good place to stay. There were a couple of inconveniences at the beginning. No hot water and pests, but they were quickly taken care of. The location is the big selling point along with all of the amenities.

This is the second time we stay at Monica's place and it was as amazing as the first time. The place is gorgeous, clean, with beautiful surroundings and amazing views. And Mónica is an amazing host: super responsive, friendly and helpful. My family and I won't consider any other place to stay in Mazatlán.

I stayed 3 nights, I could definitely stay here again, the area is quiet and the description is as it is, the photos describe the place exactly. If you want to be in Mazatlan in an area with a quiet beach, swimming pool, parking, and your own palapas, this is the place!
