great place, well worth the price with lots of space. 5 rooms, 4 with own full bathrooms. about 5 min walk to beach, convenience store, main strip with all the restaurants. felt very safe walking around with my daughter. air conditioning worked great with separate units in each room that worked very quickly. hosts were very helpful with advice or guidance on the house and the area

We had a small incident that Jay resolved for us super fast, he was always attentive and we received the house clean and in perfect condition. I would definitely rent it again if I return to Mazatlán, since for the cost it was completely worth it. The Peña has all the amenities and is very nice
