Townhome vacation rentals in Pismo Beach

Great location, walking distance to the pier and liquor store and restaurant right on the corner. Very clean and decorated nicely. It’s in the description, but the third room is completely separate. Connected to the garage but no connected entrance to the rest of the house.

Terri’s place was comfortable just like at home. Stairs were much with my recent surgery to my ankle but it was disclosed in description and I took my own risk. It was a lovely stay with grate views and walking distance to everything. I was soooo happy to find child safety gates for the stairs. Thoughtful touches went into family stays with young children.

What a great experience. Terri was an amazing host and allowed early access to property. The property was perfect and close to all that Pismo Beach has to offer. I would highly recommend this property.

What a great find in Morro Bay! The complex is quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the rolling hills and farms. The house is very well located if you plan to do lots of exploring from Big Sur, to SLO, and to the adjacent towns and beaches. So close to all that Morro Bay has to offer as well. Inside had enough to cook meals and relax between our activities. The ping pong table was a hit and stocked with all the equipment. The welcome basket and breakfast went above and beyond and was a very kind gesture to arrive to. The host was responsive to questions we had during our stay. The check out requirements are a bit in-depth if you’re used to other properties with minimal expectations and especially if you’re trying to leave early in the morning and have a long drive ahead of you. But we were able to manage. Overall it’s was a nice, clean, and convenient place to stay for our vacation to the area.

This is an AMAZING location with open, airy spaces. There were a few deferred maintenance issues that surprised me, probably because they seemed so out of place in such a high end propery. I would (& will) stay there again.!

Perfect place to meet up with our out of town friends. Clean, comfortable, and close to everything we wanted to do. Rented electric bikes, played some volleyball on the courts by the pier, and did some hiking. I liked that it was a few blocks away from the main Pismo drag which kept it a little quieter, but still just a short walk to food, coffee, shops, etc.

My husband and I, along with our 7 year old and 4 year old twins stayed for a couple days and will definitely be renting again in the future. The location was perfect, super close to the beach and the pier, restaurants and shopping! The layout of the house is great, no clutter which we appreciate! Our wagoneer fit nicely in the garage and stayed there all week! Seriously, the location was perfect for our little kids to walk everywhere, even after a day of running in the waves!

It is a very nice updated modern townhouse. Super clean too. The view of the golf course from the downstairs living area and master bedroom window is beautiful. Large sectional couch so everyone can stretch out. Every cabinet and light switch is labeled so you didn't have to wonder where things were. Nice touch! It was very quiet during our stay. We used the community hot tub only once on a Saturday evening. The people already in the hot tub were very respectful and made room for us. It was very warm which I like :)

An older unit, very family and pet friendly. Steps to the beach and easy stroll to neighboring restaurants and stores ………..perfect getaway.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! Very friendly and responsive host, exceptionally clean (inside and outside) and well-organized home, comfortable furniture, nice bedding and linens, easy parking, great view from top balcony, walking distance to beach, pier, shops, restaurants… We are locals who love doing a staycation where I lived and worked in college- we’d love to stay here again in the future.

I’ve already booked Franks Place for next spring break - this was the perfect place. Gorgeous inside. Every room having its own bathroom was such a bonus. The location was incredible - we walked to everything, but we spent a lot of time “at home” just relaxing. My favorite place to sit was the rooftop patio. Daytime and at night with the lights on, it was the perfect place to read my book. The beds and sheets were so comfortable - usually I dread sleeping away from home but I slept great here. Something that usually drives me crazy at Airbnb’s is the lack of towels, good toilet paper, and paper towels. There was an abundance of these items for us. We cooked over half our meals at home and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It was so clean and well organized. The host was amazing - she responded immediately when I reached out and provided immediate assistance.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained, with a lovely ambiance that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect—just a short, easy walk to downtown Pismo, which made exploring the area so convenient. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only minor issues were the ice dispenser not working and the trash bags being a bit flimsy (so definitely bring your own), as you’ll need to walk your trash to the main dumpster down the street. However, these were small inconveniences in an otherwise fantastic experience. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and convenient getaway!
