Cottage vacation rentals in Pismo Beach

My second stay with Dian and Jay. They are great hosts and have a beautiful property.

We had a great time here. Very comfy bed, very nice interior decoration, very cosy. We loved the cold dips in the pool and running to the hot tub. It felt like we were alone with the wildlife: deers, squirrels, a skunk and many many birds. The short flat trail on the property is nice. Highly recommended

Jane's cottage was better than I expected! It's bright and beautiful, and the setting is very peaceful. It was also perfect for our dog who was able to feel right at home. It was easy to find even arriving in the dark. There are trails and a park nearby. We will definitely be staying again if we're lucky enough to find this cottage available again. We have family in the area and this place is perfect for a weekend getaway. The cottage is only a few miles from Main Street Templeton and the Farmer's Market.

Angie’s place was exactly as advertised. Definitely make sure to read her descriptions carefully as her place has some lovable quirks you want to make sure you know about in advance to make sure it’s a good fit. I mainly picked it cause it seemed so kid friendly and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Our kids (4,6) loved the toys inside and the kid friendly patio complete with a bridge and treehouse. Multiple days they just wanted to go back to the house to play while the parents could relax and take in the calm. Also big plus for the kids was the open grass area next door which meant at times we saw cows, horse, pigs and turkeys walking by. Super quick drive into town if you want to be somewhere a bit more quiet from downtown. Angie and her husband were super helpful and responsive to anything we needed and enjoyed chatting with them.

The place is beautiful, with a view of the vineyards and lots of trees. The house has everything you need, and it is clean and organized. It is easy to get into the house. I highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our two night stay at Julia’s place. The location was great, a 10 minute walk downtown and an 8 minute drive to Cal Poly SLO. Coffee shops as close as 2 blocks away! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the home itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. Wished the weather would have allowed us to take advantage of their outdoor space as it is very inviting! We most certainly look forward to returning to San Luis Obispo and staying at Julias in the future!

Sulli’s is tucked behind another house in a completely private setting with a sweet outdoor sitting area. The accommodations are in a quiet neighborhood, simple and comfortable. The access to Morro Bay itself and all there is to offer was easy. The price was very affordable. It was perfect for me as I wanted a good place to sleep and then go on my daily activities. The bed was especially comfortable which is always a huge plus wherever I go.

I loved this place! I booked it randomly because it was the closest Airbnb to an event I was attending in a neighboring town - not knowing anything about the location or Morro Bay. So, when I pulled up I was shocked by the beautiful location and view. An extremely pleasant surprise. The place itself is great, clean and has great amenities. Walking distance to everything you’d need. The host was also super responsive and nice. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was so cute, clean, and unique. It had everything we needed and we felt right at home. The porch right on the water was amazing too. We splurged a bit to stay here but it was well worth it!

We had a lovely stay at Tiana's place over the Easter weekend. The location is great with an easy walk down the hill to the town, where there's lots of great restaurants and shops. it's also located on the right side of town to get out easily and explore places like San Luis Obispo. The house is quaint with a very well stocked kitchen, a home away from home. We also enjoyed sitting on the deck out the front in the afternoon sun. The highchair and crib are both very high quality. Overall a nice weekend away, thanks Tiana!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kate's cottage. Kate is such a friendly host, and she has created a sweet cozy cottage in a beautiful setting. Although the cottage is just across the drive from the homeowner, be assured this is a private, peaceful place to stay. There is even a very special, small outdoor area just for the cottage that is surrounded by beautiful plants and trees...and the bird watching is pretty good, too. This is in a very nice neighborhood located not too far off the 101 (but far enough away to have no noise from traffic), so this is the perfect convenient spot to travel to SLO & Morro Bay, as well as Templeton and Paso Robles. As well as all the great wineries and restaurants, be sure to check out the Estrella Warbird Museum near the PR airport. This is a very well done museum with friendly, knowledgeable docents. If we come back to this area, we will definitely book Kate's cottage again. Highly recommended.

Janet’s place was better than the photos. It was so peaceful and such beautiful surroundings. We love the sounds of the numerous birds on the property. My husband and I, my teenagers and pups were all very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed to cook and feel at home. Janet was very responsive when I had questions. Great spot!

The cottage was great! Very cute, cozy and off the beaten path but right in the middle of all the action if you want to enjoy the spoils of Morro Bay, Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo. The property is shared with “the barn” and the main property wherein April the host and family live but you have ample patio and outdoor space to stretch your legs if the cottage is a little small. There is a full kitchen with electric range and dual oven (no microwave). The refrigerator is dorm room size but my wife and I could fit a weeks worth of groceries. Piece of advice for anyone 6’2” or taller, when you’re upstairs, just watch your head. Great prop with table and fire pit 🤙🏼🤙🏼 10/10 would stay here again. April is super attentive and very nice! Only con would be spotty connection with the Roku tv but to be expected as you’re in the hills. -Brendan & Michelle

Great place, close to the ocean in a quiet neighborhood. The inside was clean and organized. Only complaint is they try to get you to sign a rental agreement. This should be communicated via the pre check-in messages per AirBnbs policy.

This was such a beautiful home in a beautiful location. Relaxing, close to restaurants but with a gorgeous kitchen to cook in also. Cannot wait for an opening to be able to stay again!!

Great place to stay. Host is awesome, friendly and available if needed. The place is neat and exactly what I was looking for. Five miles from Morro Bay. one mile to an awesome dog friendly beach. Lots to do in either direction up and down the coast. We had a great time.

Incredible location! Wonderful accommodation! Helpful host! Best place we've ever stayed. We felt at home the second we walked in and throughout our stay. The cottage is outfitted with everything you need to cook, relax, realign with nature, and peacefully sleep.

Our stay here was wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was clean and had a great shower head. The bed was firm and we slept well. Also loved that the couch folded down and was comfy. The garden outside the door was lovely. It was a short walk to Aldi and many other restaurants. I would stay here again.

Thank you for having us there, we felt safe and the house was very comfortable for us 4 cousins, we had a great experience and was perfect more than we expected for our first time!
