This quiet, country home is minutes away from Beaches, Wineries, the Arroyo Grande Village & Lopez Lake. We have 2 dogs, 1 goat, 11 chickens & 2 cows on our 7 acre property. Sometimes we have pigs too! Colin & Teriza's place has a lot going for it. It's clean, well cared for and the view of the rock is great. The decor makes the most of the space. The hosts were generous with an early check-in and are very responsive. When the dog downstairs was whining because the owner was out, they even offered to come over and calm the animal. We enjoyed our time there.

We were very happy and pleasantly surprised with our stay for the long weekend. Todd was a very gracious host with pretty much all the necessities of home in the cutest studio. We loved the location as it was very quiet and great for walking the dogs. The studio was spacious and very comfortable. We were enjoying it so much that many times we brought food in and ate at the table rather than dealing with a restaurant. When we come back to this area, we would definitely stay here again. Plus they had a bottle of great wine in the fridge for us! Definitely recommend!

From the moment I booked, they were incredibly helpful, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. I had an amazing stay with my family. I really appreciated that Kate, the co host, messaged us to see if we were doing ok and checking in. The living room space is quite spacious. We love their couches! It was so comfortable and relaxing to lay on. Beds were all comfortable. Had a few pillows to choose from. Me and my husband slept in the master. The bed is on the softer side but still very comfortable. I don’t normally sleep well when I travel and I got one the most rested sleep there. There were plenty of towels for everyone and more. The shower pressure was good and the water was nice and warm. The house was very clean. Loved the elephant decor. They have a great taste in music and enjoyed listening to a few of their albums. I appreciate that they put labels in the showers and on the step. They had a wonderful suggestions on where to go eat. I really feel like the hosts were really intentional in what they put in the house to make it feel like a home away from home.

Janet’s place was better than the photos. It was so peaceful and such beautiful surroundings. We love the sounds of the numerous birds on the property. My husband and I, my teenagers and pups were all very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed to cook and feel at home. Janet was very responsive when I had questions. Great spot!

My family and I enjoyed staying at Reid and Jacy's place very much- it was perfect for what we needed in terms of bedrooms and layout (5 adults, 1 toddler, and a dog), and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Absolutely recommend! Some notes: they have a walk in closet that can be used for the crib in the master. The neighborhood is quiet for dog-walking; I'd recommend carrying a flashlight or using your phone in the evenings when it gets dark.
