Beach house vacation rentals in Phillip Island

We loved staying here again! Nice and quiet away from the bustle of Cowes but a nice 30 minute walk in to town along the beach.

Lovely house to stay. Great for families with teens who can have the ground floor to themselves. Backyard fenced and secure for a dog. Kitchen was well stocked and very clean with top of the range appliances. Will stay again.

The accommodation is impeccably clean and tidy, located in a peaceful area just a short walk from the beach. I was truly impressed by the spaciousness of the house, and every aspect surpassed our expectations. We look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful little place for a family. Close to the beach walk for rock pools and an adventure. Quiet area. House was equipped with all the amenities and Angus is a fantastic host.

Had a 1 night stay with my family of 8 and our two dogs. Gorgeous and spacious house with a nice fenced front and back yard. Short walk to the beach that was just down the road. Overall clean place with extremely comfy beds, nice hot showers and enough space to host a crowd! Wish we stayed a few days longer - I'd imagine how restful it would be.

We had a lovely weekend. Vicky is very approachable and super helpful. We have everything we need in the house. The interior is beautiful and the views are amazing. We enjoyed our walks, the local cafe, and the friendly staff in the pub.

Gorgeous property backing up to the Bay. Both levels had a kitchen, seating area w/ TV, eating area and outdoor patio/deck. High quality linens and reverse air conditioning come in all rooms. Saw wallabies and an echidna from the back deck. Amazing hosts. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay. The pool and spa were a big hit! Look forward to returning again one day. Highly recommend if your looking for a tranquil place.

Great property for our family weekend away. Kids and adults alike enjoyed all the of the spaces - would be great to return in winter too. A minor inconvenience was attended to swiftly, which is everything you want when something happens & it’s out of anyones control. Only thing I’d change would be our booking for a longer stay. Lovely home in a very quiet street, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset! The pool was a big plus for us during our stay. Would definitely visit again. Highly recommend!

We were so beyond impressed with this place. It exceeded all of our expectations. Perfectly and thoughtfully decorated but still comfortable and functional. Honestly the most beautiful house I have ever seen. Pool and spa are also fantastic. Communication with property managers was faultless also. Would definitely stay again and would absolutely recommended to anyone and everyone.

We had a beautiful stay here, the home looked just like the photos and was cosy and easy to settle in to to feel like home for the week! There was enough space for 4 adults and 2 small children to not cramp each others’ style and we felt close to the things we wanted to see! Thanks for having us Vanessa :)

Great space with everything you could think of plus more, the spa was a hit. BBQ was great and having everything logged into the TV was bonus too. Washer/dryer is great & providing all needed for doing loads was really thoughtful. Would stay again!

We had a great time at Helen’s place. The place is super clean, well thought out, ideal for a weekend getaway or a whole lot longer. The family wanted to stay longer. Will certainly be in touch when we come back to Philip Island

Fabulous place to stay. Beautifully decorated, with everything so thought out. A home away from home. So handy to San Remo shops and restaurants. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again. The hosts are amazing and went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend this home.

What a wonderful house! Large open space to suit large family and pets. Tucked away in a very quiet area surrounded by bush but only a short distance from amenities. Tim was very fast with responses and very flexible with check in/out. Thank you Tim

The house was fantastic and well suited for the three couples, two toddlers and dogs. The house was wonderfully presented and well appointed. Every utensil was available in the kitchen, the box of kids toys was great and the secure dog yard was a fabulous bonus. It has many floor to ceiling windows in the living area with great views to the yard so it does get quite hot inside. Great stay!

Big thanks to Fabiana for such an enjoyable stay! Our two year old ran into the bedroom straight away and sat on a stool at the table. The outdoor area out the back was great too as she could run around outside.
