Beach house vacation rentals in Victoria

The place felt like home! It was as described in the photos. The house was well maintained, open and free from clutter. The location was fantastic - it was across the beach and so convenient to go back and forth with the kids. We would definitely be returning to this property in the near future!

We stayed at Paula's place for a few days as a family. The home was absolutely spottles, with all the items you can need for a holiday down the coast: including games, and bikes if needed! Extremely homey, we felt very welcomed (milk amd chocolates on arrival!) And comfortable. The three outdoor spaces with both views to the ocean and to the native garden were perfect for drinks and food. The upstair bedroom and downstairs 2 bedrooms distribution worked very well for us, as we had my dad stay over and helped separate noise. Great location too: tranquil and secluded but close to the Torquay centre. We also loved the focus on recycling and sustainability. Great stay!

After a small hiccup checking in, Richard and the team were super quick to respond to us, and super helpful. The house was lovely and clean, with comfortable beds. Great location with easy beach access at the end of the court, with a great spot for swimming. Cowes only a short drive away. I wold be happy to book with Richard again!

The place was great! Very clean and had all the things needed, kitchen was equipped with everything as well. Nice areas outside to sit, great location just near the beach. Fiona responded very quickly to any questions I had and was very accommodating and helpful.

Ben was a great host! Great place to wind down and relax, on the front porch overlooking the sunset and the milkyway. Short walk to the beach with the dogs. The house provided everything you needed and more.

We loved the home and location, we had a beautiful Christmas with family and Jenny was so kind and set up a Christmas tree for us. We loved the home and would love to return soon.

This place is absolutely amazing, especially for larger groups and multiple families. Raymond Island is simply stunning with so much wildlife. Koalas, kangaroos, echidnas, kookaburras, pelicans, the list goes on. The house has the best view and is situated right on the water in a peaceful part of the island and comes with its own boat mooring right in front. I’ll be back!

Nick’s place was the perfect base camp for exploring both Philip island and Wilsons prom from Melbourne for us. Location by the beach was a great bonus. Great access to the main st cafes and restaurants as well. Nick was very easy to reach when we had questions

I recently stayed at this amazing accommodation in San Remo, and I can't recommend it enough! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the stunning beach and local shops. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking views from our balcony. We spent our Christmas there and it was absolutely perfect! Home away from home! With loads of space and had everything you would have in your own home! Unfortunately we didn’t get the weather to use the pool much but it was certainly a fantastic addition to our stay! Would love to stay there again!

Beautifully presented accommodation, Extremely close to shops and town (walkable). Sarah communicated well with us which made finding the home and checking in a breeze. Overall a great experience and somewhere we would book again

What an absolutely beautiful home and Emily was a fabulous host, thank you. Took my adult children and cavoodle for a family Easter break and the house and location couldn't have been more perfect. We loved staying there and look forward to our next visit.

A lovely house, perfect for three families with kids under 3. Easy walking to the shops, park, beach. The house was clean, accessible, secure and a great size. Janette was superb, easy to communicate with, and offered us early check in. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

An ideal beach holiday place with family..not too far from Melbourne...suited our needs with a 2 year old ..Pool table well used by the men folks! very convenient to walk across the road to the beach...every little thing provided for in the home ....both indoor and outdoor....A home away from home...a memorable stay...A kind and generous host who was always responding to my requests... the community centre had Table Tennis and library...and also a Market and Nursery on Saturday morning....bought some juicy Plums and Jams! Drove up to Loch Sport Marina and watched amazing sunset from the Pier..!

Loved it. The area is incredibly peaceful and laid back. We only saw about 2 people, it was like we had our own private beach. The house is great, loved the well stocked kitchen ware. Usually airbnbs have the most budget kitchen with 1 pan from the 80's so it was nice to see quality equipment.

We had a great stay at Greg’s place. It is a classic Anglesea holiday home and we felt very welcome. It has been refurbished so feels fresh, but not too pristine that you have to worry. Super comfy beds and everything you need in the kitchen. Thanks Greg!

Absolutely wonderful accomodation. Walking distance to beach, shops, cafes and playground. The accomodation was clean and tidy. The spa was warm and inviting on arrival. Response to questions, Helen responded quickly. Our Christmas stay was great 😊 So good in fact my grandson didn’t want to leave. Thanks for having us Helen, it was everything we were looking forward too
