Cottage vacation rentals in Phillip Island

The place was everything I had hoped for and made for a beautiful weekend. The location was excellent, the house and garden were gorgeous, everything was easy, the kitchen was super well stocked with cooking utensils. I would definitely recommend this airbnb!

We have stayed at Alison's place many times - it is perfect for us when we attend Phillip Island to race cars. The unit feels just like home with all the little things you need are already there - tea, coffee, salt, pepper, spices. There are also about 50 DVD's to choose from and a pre installed HDMI lead so we could watch the grand prix off my computer. We love the place and will be back for sure! Thanks Alison! Chris

Cath and her husband were very lovely ! Their two dogs also very friendly :) absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back again The spa and sauna were the perfect addition for a relaxing time away everything was perfect!

Lovely place, very friendly and welcoming hosts. Kids loved the play ground, feeding the animals and catching the Guinea pigs. Would definitely recommend.

Spent a very hot long weekend here & really enjoyed it. Easy walk to beach, including dogs off leash area, & to General Store. Short drive to Balnarring for supermarket, bakery, pizza etc. House has a log cabin vibe, lovely kitchen & great outdoor deck. The living area was air conditioned & kept the house comfortable during the heat wave. Couches & beds were comfortable, bathrooms (2) clean & adequate.

We loved the farm. Our son had the holiday of his life. Feeding the animals was amazing, a baby calf was born the night we arrived. He absolutely adored feeding the animals. We paid peak holiday prices- which was a lot for a rustic farm stay. But if you pay the normal rate I’m sure it’s great value for money. Everyone was very friendly and they were very accommodating with our Labrador. Our son is already begging to go back. It would be an amazing holiday stay to go with a big group and stay in the different cabins.

The home has amazing views and a very large, secure back yard. I loved that i could have my 2 dogs there. The house is old but well maintained and has all that you need. An amazing location to be for a peaceful stay or to use as a base to explore the local markets, wineries, art galleries, beaches etc

Steve’s place was an authentic Australian getaway: beautiful beach 4 minute walk away, the sound of the sea from outside the house, kangaroos on the lawn and beautiful wildlife all around. It was excellent value for money and we would recommend for a excellent location to explore Phillip island. 10 minute drive to Cowes and 6 minute drive to penguins as described on the listing.

We loved Karen’s place, it was so perfect for our family. Most of all I liked the little touches that made it feel like home for us. She has thought of everything you need to make things easy and comfortable . The place is super clean and everything works. Thanks for our stay and we will be back !

It was a beautiful peaceful quiet cozy cottage. The garden is absolutely beautiful, very lush and tranquil. Didn’t have to travel far to go anywhere and Brian was so friendly and helpful, really cared that I enjoyed my stay there.

We had such a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean and super cute, and the host was absolutely lovely. They even left us chocolates and a card when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch. There are only two bedrooms, but with 4 beds, it worked out perfectly for our group. The price was really reasonable too, especially when split between 4 people. Highly recommend!

Great little rustic cottage in peaceful surroundings. Our dogs loved it, as did we. Hosts were so helpful and responsive and offered us early check-in and check-out. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed sitting in front of the fire, listening to music and having no TV. The winery next door is fab as is the area. Would love to come back in Summer when it's a bit warmer so we can enjoy the verandah.

Christine’s place was prestine clean and fully equiped with all we needed for a 2 night stay with kids. Local town center is on a very short drive and is handy for anything needed during the stay. Location is great to explore the coast from Cape Paterson to inverloch on a very short drive and for a day trip to Wilson Prom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A beautifully restored old cottage, modern amenities, extremely clean, well appointed, comfortable and a delight to stay in. One of the nicest Airbnb's I have stayed in.

The Whitehall cottage was beautiful. The lounge room and bedrooms had a magnificent view. We had a wonderful stay, the surroundings are lovely and there is lots to do. I highly recommend the bushrangers bay walk and Merricks general store to eat.

Lovely cottage with peaceful surroundings. Had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Janet was really helpful, responsive and gave local insight to wineries/activities.

My wife, two young boys and I had a fabulous time at Michael’s place in Ventnor. We felt like the cottage had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable, including a few beach items for the kids to play with. Great location to access the beach by foot. My only regret was we did so much around the island, I could have just sat in the garden and watched the boys play all day. Thanks Michael, a lovely spot and we appreciate you sharing it with us. Hope to come back again.

Nice place to stay on Phillip Island, well stocked pantry and lots of interesting books. Windows all had fly screens - nice to open the windows and let a nice breeze in the house without worrying about bugs getting in.

My husband and son spent the weekend. Loved everything about this place. Thanks Debbie for the welcome gifts as well. Much appreciated. 🥰

Wonderful place just to wind down & enjoy the beautiful surroundings! The Hayshed was just as described & stunning inside! Our host Robyn always communicated well & provided all the information regarding “what to do” in the area-also goodies provided were lovely! I would highly recommend staying at the Hayshed
