Michelle’s palm apartment was lovely. The amenities inside were just right, we didn’t want for anything. Bed very comfortable and linen nice and soft. Quiet location. Tiny balcony but enough to get some air. The dishwasher and washing machine great and the communal tumble dryer right round the corner in the flats was only $3 for 1 hour! Lovely coffee machine with plenty of capsules. Lovely toiletries in the shower and water pressure great. We would highly recommend the apartment, Michelle was responsive and very polite and kind. Our stay at the cottage was perfect. Andrew was very accomodating and friendly. The place made us feel very at home. The courtyard was perfect for our dog and was very private and quiet. 10/10 recommend

Usha was an amazing host and made sure our stay was the best it could be at very short notice. The place was situated perfectly close to trams and restaurants around the city.
