Townhome vacation rentals in Phillip Island

Lucia and the Holiday Shacks team have helped me out at the very last minute on 2 occasions over the last 4 weeks. Extremely helpful, very responsive and wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend

Upon arrival, it was clear the place had been throughly cleaned. Travelling as family of 2 adults and 3 large children there was heaps of space for us and them to relax in the house. It was a close and easy walk to beach and town. We used the backyard hose to help wash sand off and having a lock up garage was helpful for our car. Kitchen was well fitted out so we could cook if we wanted. Plenty of dishwasher tablets was useful too. We would recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable house close to beach and shops. The master bedroom is large enough for the supplied porta cot (which we didn’t need). This is downstairs, the other 2 bedrooms are upstairs which might be issue for very young children. There is a supplied baby gate in the walk in closet. I liked the door with PIN code as I could just give to the kids and we could all come and go as we liked and not worry about losing the house key. Thanks

We had unexpected few accidents just prior to the date of check-in... Jane was very sympathetic and showed her kindness which eased my worries. Despite we had to miss the first night of our stay due to car trouble , Jane offered an early check-in for us as the house was ready for us. In addition, one of my senior little doggies got injured his neck day before the check-in... I had to cancel booking for doggies at doggies' carer as one of my senior doggies couldn't stand and walk due to his sharp pain around his neck.... I was aware that Jane's property wasn't pet friendly so I considered to cancel. Yet Jane organized a kind arrangement for us and doggies which made possible to go on our long weekend away after all the odds! We will be happy to stay at Jane's again;) Thank you for the compliment milk and serials. Kids loved them.

Micks place is very good value, spacious, clean and great location! Would have been even better if there was wifi but still a great stay!

Absolutely a fantastic place. Great location with easy access to the beach. Short walk/drive from cowes main street. House was very modern and ideal for entertaining. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thanks!

An awesome stay. Host was super helpful and very responsible. Lots of things provided that we would expect food wise and cleaned twice whilst we stayed which we wouldn’t have expected. Couldn’t recommend more highly

We loved our stay here. It was so close to the Main Street where all the restaurants and pubs are. Walking distance to the beach and the markets. It’s such a peaceful setting and well presented unit. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the local area. It was perfect to the 7 adults that stayed. The balcony was great to sit out side having a drink in the evenings and a coffee in the morning. The lounge room was great although we always ate out and didn't use the dinning table, it was there if we wanted to. Thank you Allan. Would love to be back.

We stayed over the weekend and it was perfect. It was very clean and close to Coles/woolys. Mena also gave use flexibility in check out time. We enjoyed the stay, with BBQ 🙂

A very simple review for Stephen. luxurious! We didn't want for anything. A beautiful, well thought out property, close to pool and tennis court. Nestled in a lovely community which provided a very relaxed environment whilst entertaining two eight year olds.

Loved this house! Wish i didnt have to leave. The reading nook upstairs with the view of the water was beyond beautiful. Will definetely be back for sure! Elizabeth was very clear and responsive. She left a list of recommendations and i tried them all. Definetely a great experience. Very clean and tidy home and very well designed. I was relaxed and felt at home the second I walked in.

Had a great stay at Sofia's accomodation. Place was pristine and very welcoming. Sofia was a great communicator and made us feel very welcome, all instructions were laid out clearly and there was even some food in the fridge and pantry to eat. Bedroom and bathroom were both super clean, Sofia even offered a late checkout without us asking which was super helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a lovely getaway.

Great location, and very spacious. Perfect spot to bring your dog with and private gym access with everything you need. Private sauna and cold plunge is a huge bonus for the price. Will defs be back!

Mathijs was very polite and responsive. The house was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you’re thinking of staying in the area.
