House vacation rentals in Philadelphia

This was our second stay for Thanksgiving. The kitchen is perfect. The house is beautiful and is big enough for for a multi- family stay. I really can't say enough about this house! Kathleen and her husband are the perfect hosts. Kathleen answered my texts immediately. The 10 o'clock checkout was challenging with two family's with 3 small children but we made it! LOL I would not hesitate to stay here. You will not be disappointed! We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at AJ’s place. We had a family memorial close by and AJ’s was the perfect place to gather. It was all decorated for Christmas which made it very welcoming.

Phenomenal property. Clean, modern & very spacious, this house became our home for 3 days. The kitchen was ideal with everything needed for our family gathering. This was our second time at this property & we eagerly anticipate a summer rental to enjoy the nice deck & spacious back yard. Highly recommended.

Heidi’s place screams The Holiday in the best way possible 😍 From seamless instructions to a cozy retreat that felt so homey, it’s hard to put the experience into words. I absolutely loved that The Cottage was so tastefully decorated for the holidays…it made our stay that much more magical! The location is amazing, just minutes down the road from both Peddler’s Village and downtown New Hope. It was everything and more for the best girls night away. Every detail was covered and we felt so special with the treats left for us. Heidi went above and beyond with the decor, communication, and luxury. We cannot wait to return! Don’t miss out on this gem! 💎

Place was nice and clean and the area seemed safe! Police station was nearby. There were what was once fresh flowers throughout the home, but they were all dead for our stay and the ice/water on the fridge didn’t work, otherwise everything was as described. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

This Airbnb was very walkable to lots of restaurants and stores, we walked the holiday markets and Reading Terminal Market too. The Whole Foods and Acme supermarket was literally down the block for extra snacks and water. It's at a corner and near a bus stop, which was the only slight bother because you'll hear the bus at night or early morning. But the location was awesome and easy to get to and from.

This was my second time staying at Katharine's place and it was just as great the second time around! The location is great, the house is beautiful, and there are plenty of parking options nearby.

Our stay at Junior's place was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the house felt like a true home away from home. It was spotless, well-organized, and exactly as advertised—everything you see in the pictures is what you get. Junior was a fantastic, responsive host who made sure we had everything we needed. We were visiting Philly for the first time to cheer on my son during his semi-pro lacrosse game (Go Team Jamaica! JAM-LAX), and Junior's home was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The attention to detail, especially the beautiful solid wood fixtures and finishes, gave the home such a warm and inviting feel. The quiet neighborhood and the convenient location—just under 30 minutes from the airport—made our trip even smoother. Junior's place has truly become our new home away from home whenever we visit Philly. Thank you for everything, Junior, and for being such a thoughtful host. We can't wait to return!

Great location

Wonderful house! Very comfortable and roomy. Excellent for two couples or families -- the suite on the ground floor allowed our son and his partner to have their own space with their own bedroom and kitchen, while the "common area" also on the ground floor allowed us all to socialize freely together. The house was also perfect for hosting a small gathering (ten people) for a few hours one afternoon. Rani was always responsive, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The townhouse was lovely, cozy and just right for my husband, 2 of our boys and me when we visited Philly for Family Weekend at Drexel. Very clean, amazing location and Melissa and Devon were very responsive. We walked to campus several times - just about 20 minutes and a lovely walk.

Loved staying at Matthew’s place, who is a PHENOMENAL host! His communication is fantastic and despite some issues we had during our stay he handled them in the best way, and I was really pleased with it!

The place was clean and cozy and perfect for our trip. The subway is only a minute away, although be careful because it only runs roughly once an hour. We were two couples staying and there was more than enough space to be comfortable for the weekend. Thanks Tsahai!

John's place was quiet and comfortable. I really appreciated the parking lot available right across the street. Beds were comfortable, the atmosphere was cozy and the space was well equipped. This worked out perfectly for us.

This house was in the perfect location for our family's stay! Not your typical Airbnb but it definitely felt just like you were visiting a relatives house, which was nice. My daughter loved playing with the toys during our stay and Lynda was a wonderful host and very communicative.

Great place! My wife and I stayed 6 nights with our 4 kids. One daughter did a week long summer ballet program nearby. The house was very nice. Plenty of space for everyone. We used delivery services for groceries. Location was ideal. Reanimator coffee shop (across the street) was our go to every morning. We walked to restaurants in the area. Having the SEPTA station nearby on Broad/Federal St was helpful but we also took an Uber to downtown for $7 to $20 depending on time of day. Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner one night. Enjoyed having family time watching Olympics in the living room together or playing Scrabble at the dinner table. We used the washer and dryer since we had traveled over a week from home. Asli and Mike messaged/texted to make sure we had everything we needed and answered quickly when we had a question. They even dropped off some paper towels on day 2 after we had texted so we felt very cared for. Would definitely stay here again if in Philadelphia!
