In a city of hundreds of stay options, Katerina's house was a great reminder for me on the positives of choosing an airbnb over a hotel. We had the whole house with a yard to ourselves. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The host was kind and responsive. All in all, it was perfect.

We enjoyed staying at Sophia's house and would be delighted to stay there again if we visit the area in the future. Good to know: Attic bedroom is terrific. Basement has a foosball table. Back garden is sunny and lovely. Back deck and garden are fully visible to neighbors, which we didn't mind but others might. House is walking distance to Lancaster Ave. and Haverford campus. I don't recall how the 2nd-floor beds are described in the listing, but in the room with the en suite and the crib, the bed is a full (not a queen). Kitchen has multiple coffee makers and a kettle. Living room sofas each seat two. I loved that she has real plants in the house! There's a great ramen restaurant called Yamazaki a few miles away in Bryn Mawr.

Rob was a fantastic host and his place was perfect for our Christmas vacation. The space was clean, well laid out and furnished. We were able to host a brunch while also feeling cozy when on our own. Rob was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Perfect spot for our visiting family. Close to many amenities, lots of room, and an overall homey and fun spot. Hosts are so responsive and kind. They were proactive in reaching out with check in instructions and follow up quickly. This put our mind and travels at ease.

My group and I had a wonderful time at this property!! Everything was as pictured and described, and the whole place was clean comfortable. Walkable to center city and Chinatown, 15-20 minute Uber to Fishtown. Rooftop was awesome, hot tub was great. Would definitely come back!

Marion’s place was more than expected. Extremely clean, very modern and up to date, tons of room, and lots of fun. For how modern and nice it was, the price was unbeatable. Uber rides were quick and easy, had everything we needed within 10 minutes, 15 minutes to the city, and easily accessible. The rooftop hot tub and city skyline is amazing. Highly recommend of anyone going to Philly.

We took a staycation in the city and decided on this beautiful property. We are so glad we did because it couldn't have been better. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated and convenient. We were able to find free street parking for our stay and we were in walking distance from the restaurant we had made reservations for. Any questions I had were always answered promptly and accommodated. If we go back to that area, we will definitely be booking again!!

Excellent host. Perfect place. Exactly what you see through the pictures. Probably the best AirBnb I have stayed in a long time. The only consideration people should keep in mind is the location as it's right off of 95 so no parking spots at all aside from the two assigned spots behind the house.

The place worked out great for our family. A very clean and homey apartment. Beds and pull out couch were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked. We were very happy with the home and the neighborhood.
