I last minute booked James’ place and was very happy with the accommodations. Everything was clean and tidy, the listing matched my expectations, neighborhood was great and host was responsive. Due to some personal circumstances I also had to alter my departure date a few times and he was very accommodating. I definitely recommend his place, especially for those looking to be at the heart of Fishtown while only a few minutes walk to the subway. That makes getting to the Airbnb (if no car) a breeze as well as traveling around to see what the rest of the city has to offer!

This was a very neat stay! The building is gorgeous and full of historical charm, the room was very ‘builder grade’ bland but plenty clean and free of clutter! Check-in was very easy, no issues and the front desk guy was very nice! Bed was clean, comfortable, in the loft area (I had no trouble with the ceilings and I am 5’11). Kitchen and bathroom had everything I needed. Really appreciate the ear plugs as freedom does ring all night long, haha!Overall great, I would stay here again!

This Airbnb was in a great location with lots of shops and cafes nearby. The neighborhood was very walkable. The Airbnb was very nice and spacious. Asif was a great host! He gave very clear instruct and responded quickly. We will stay here again next time we are in Philly.

Siren was an amazing hostess! She was quick to respond, super patient when I was trying to work the door key pads. Her space was clean and allowed me to decompress at the end of the day. Everything is spacious and if you enjoy content creation this is the space to do it!! Thank you siren for an unforgettable experience!

I had an incredible stay at Rafi, Dulce, Burcu, and Daniela's place! I highly recommend booking this spot for your next vacation. The space is incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every essential amenity, including washcloths, towels, and more. The location is super convenient, close to everything you might need. Dulce is a fantastic host - very understanding, helpful, and accommodating. The place was immaculately clean, with plenty of pillows, blankets, and a fully stocked bathroom. There are plenty of fun activities to do inside, and I loved every moment of my stay. Five stars, hands down! I couldn't recommend this spot enough lol I’ll love to live there!

My fiancée and I had a wonderful weekend at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. The space was cozy, clean, and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. We loved how convenient the location was, with markets and restaurants just a short walk away. The neighborhood felt very safe, and finding parking was easy, which added to our stress-free experience. The host was fantastic—communicative, responsive, and always available to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Initially the original stay had an issue so Christian called me up to discuss a potential place that is near by and same charge as our first stay. It was a nice townhouse with a epic rooftop deck. My family was able to enjoy the house and felt right at home. The nice addition of amenities throughout the house in case we run out of the original. Each host checked up on me and didn't question to help me if I had any concerns. I recommend the host to everyone that is looking for a nice cozy stay. They will take care of you. Thank you again.

We recently stayed at the Ledger as a family of 4. I actually thought the space was even more roomy than the pictures made it look. I ultimately chose this location because of where it's located and the valet parking -as we needed a vehicle and to be able to come and go each day. This was awesome! It was so great to be able to just pull up to the front of the building and hand off our keys to someone else to park (especially with how tight many of the nearby garages are). The location is great- directly across many of the historical sites, and an easy walk for eating/shopping (including the Terminal Market). The only complaints I have would be that the furniture (mostly couch and mattresses) could use some upgrading. But overall I would definitely stay here again!

The property was very easy to access and the check in with a staffed reception desk makes it very easy and convenient. It's close to many local attractions and restaurants and conveniently has a Wawa in the facility for quick groceries and needs. The host is very responsive and their proactive communication with a link to all the information you need is helpful. I highly recommend the space and will use again if back in Philadelphia.

This place was very nice for my husband’s birthday and the kids loved the movie room in the basement. We were a tad disappointed that the propane was out and the chairs were missing the cushions outside but didn’t stop up us from still having a great time. The bedrooms came with extra towels and blankets in the closet which was a nice touch. There was also nice park down the street we took the kids too during our stay. Overall it was a very unique and pleasant stay

Cornelius is open for chatting intelligently when he is not too busy working, we had a couple of very interesting conversations. There are 2 rooms that Cornelius rents out on AirBnB, one is larger than the other, both have game chairs for seating comfort when watching tv. I stayed in the smaller of the rooms, it was quite cozy.

Jalay was very friendly and responsive. Easy to check in. The room was a good size with a super comfy bed. Big plus for the attached bathroom to the bedroom. Would highly recommend for a short stay.

Megan is an excellent host… friendly, welcoming, and goes the extra mile. Her house is clean and cozy in a peaceful neighborhood. Fresh biscuits and coffee! Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!
