Vacation rentals with a home theater in Philadelphia

Simon's place was perfect for us for the week we spent in Philadelphia. The place was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was excellent, very walkable. We will likely stay again when we are up there visiting our daughter.

Great place to stay, walkable to many sections of town. Clean, easy to get to. Valet parking was super easy (extra but minimal charge if you opt in). Overall really solid stay for the night.

Very responsive and helpful with every chat with Simon. The place was nice and clean equipped with anything you could ever need during your stay. Lots of things to do nearby. Would stay again. Thank you!

Overall I have nothing bad to say about Ryan or the home . The home is everything you see online.Very cute !! The queen size bed has hotel pillows and the movie projector (clever)btw it has good sound .They put thought into the home one small thing just being truthful . Upstairs the people were heavy walkers and their voices I could hear but that comes with booking during the holidays and the lock sometimes failed but would open after a few attempts. I would stay there again.

Incredible stay! The bed was firmer than my fiancé and I personally preferred, but everything else like cleanliness, friendly staff, gorgeous environment, high-quality and plentiful amenities, and more, far exceeded our already high expectations! This stay has for sure made forever guests out of us and it meant a lot to have a place to dependably and comfortably come back to during my stay, especially since I came into town to see my grandma as she passed away and to start grieving with my family, and will definitely stay here again in the future.

What a wonderful apartment right in the heart of Old City! Very warm and welcoming space. Megan was easy to contact & very responsive with any questions we had. Can’t wait to come back again soon.

Beautiful apartment next to Independence Hall, and close to courthouses for those in town for legal business. I very much appreciated how dog-friendly the place is as well.

We stayed at Nina's place for two nights, and it was exactly as described in the photos. The apartment was spotless, and the check-in process was easy to follow. It’s a relatively new property with modern amenities, including a washer, stove, and dishwasher—all in excellent condition. The space was well-maintained, with plenty of fresh towels provided. Nina and her team were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond by recommending activities during our stay in Philly. While some reviews mention noise, we found it typical of newly built downtown apartments...there was not that much noise and did not bother us at all. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Jr.’s place looked exactly like the pictures. The place is walkable to many grocery stores making cooking easier. There’s a playground about 2 minutes walk to the building and that was a delight for my kids. Neighborhood is pretty safe for Philly. Street parked for our entire stay with no issues. Jr. was helpful when I needed a parking spot. I liked the apartment and the fire pit outside was a fun place to sit at night. Entertainment was 100% with the 2 living rooms. The kids had the main TV and the wife and I had the basement TV (4-in-1). Jr. was responsive and pleasant and was a delight to talk to. I’ll stay again.

We rented this home for a family Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. The game room was particularly popular! And there was plenty of parking which was really helpful. Communicating with Vincent was a pleasure…

Megan was a great host. Megan's family & friends embraced me during New Years countdown like their own. Bed was comfy, Outside area is beautiful and relaxing. Megan was born to HOST. Communication was Helpful. and check-in was smooth.

I booked this location for a wedding event attendance /family getaway. The house felt cozy inside compared to it's surroundings of fast pace Philadelphia. My family enjoyed the open space to sit and watch tv and talk. My toddler niece was happy to enjoy the space when she played with her toys. It was very convenient to have the private garage away from the busy narrow streets in the neighborhood. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast together as a family in the dinning/kitchen area. We also enjoyed the cozy beds. The only thing I had an issue with was working the thermostat but eventually I figured it out :). Thank you for the wonderful stay for my family. We hope to return when the weather is nicer to enjoy the back yard more!
