David was a very helpful host. I booked one of his places that was going to be challenging with a stroller (for a geriatric chihuahua) and multiple flights of stairs, so he switched me into a different apartment that was extremely accessible and made my stay so much easier. He also recommended local dog friendly spots. He was very communicative and responsive. I will definitely book again.

Beautiful home in the heart of Manayunk! The place was super cute! The bedrooms were good sizes and the beds were very comfortable. Added parking spot was a bonus since on street parking can be hot or miss. The hosts were very communicative with fast response time! Loved this home!

This was my very first airbnb i have ever stayed in. Went to Philadelphia to take my daughters to The Sturniolo Triplets tour The Airbnb was exactly the same as described. Very beautiful place! Had a wonderful experience…

The aesthetic of Eli’s place is sooooo cute. I loved hanging out in the Airbnb, it felt so cozy. The walls are a little thin and on Saturday night the neighbors were a little rowdy but nothing crazy. For the price and the location I would recommend this place to anyone visiting and needing a cute place to sleep and utilize the kitchen.

Great, quiet place to stay!

My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

In a city of hundreds of stay options, Katerina's house was a great reminder for me on the positives of choosing an airbnb over a hotel. We had the whole house with a yard to ourselves. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The host was kind and responsive. All in all, it was perfect.

The perfect spot for an extended getaway. The home was cute, well taken care of, and clean! You’re definitely centrally located to a lot of shopping and restaurants, but it’s not a noisy area which is fantastic. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay here and Angela was very easy to communicate with. Great places to visit such as The Franklin Institute and The Please Touch Museum for a kids were super short drives away.

matthew's place iwas amazing. it is very close to the city center. the neighborhood is very quiet and very good place to rest. the place also amazing. all the amanities was there with an extras so we dont need to find here and there. the check out instructions was easy for us with a very large group of people. very recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Bobby’s place! Bobby was very informative and responsive, which made the whole experience smoothly from start to finish. Check-in was easy and hassle-free. The home was exactly as described—beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. I also loved that I was able to bring my dog along—this made me feel even more at home. We truly appreciated the attention to detail. For my next visit to PA, I will definitely book again. Highly recommend!

Meng's condo is in a perfect location if you're looking to get around the city easily. Despite being in a high traffic area, we had no issues finding parking and getting around. The condo was spacious and fit all our needs for a weekend stay for a family wedding.

The house we stayed at was great, very clean and getting in was a breeze. We were able to park around the corner all weekend and there are spaces available in close proximity. With just being us girls and not being there before the area was very walkable and we felt safe. Natasha made it very easy to get in and out of the apartment. Would absolutely go back!

The place was excellent: Close to the center of Princeton, it was in a nice neighborhood. It would be a bit small for two people but I really enjoyed the newly done bathroom. Best shower on my entire trip!

We had a great 2-night stay for a quick family trip to Philadelphia with a 4 year old and 8 month old. The apartment was exactly as described with several thoughtful extras and in a great location for walking to the historic areas of the city. There was some road noise in the back bedroom (and you could hear the kids upstairs running around) but we quickly got used to it and it didn’t wake up the baby - so not a big deal. We only had one question (about parking) and Gabriel quickly responded, and it turned out that the info we needed had already been provided along with any other info we might have required. The place was family friendly as described and the only thing our 4 year old asked for that wasn’t there already was a stool to stand on in the bathroom :) Overall we had a very good stay and wished that we could’ve stayed longer.

Cherrys place was beautiful. It felt just like we were at home and is definitely somewhere we would visit again . Thank you for such a great experience . Happy holidays !

I was looking for a place to stay for my family of four which included my husband and I, our 6-year old, and an infant. Freda's home fit the bill! It was wonderfully located - near so many wonderful restaurants, stores, and parks. It was absolutely spotless! Freda was incredibly responsive with every question I had. Her instructions were clear and thorough and there were notes around the home explaining everything we needed to know. I would stay at her home again if we came to visit the area in the future.

Pratt's place was great and looked just like the pictures. Very clean and confortable and felt just like home. Fresh flowers left on the dining table made us feel welcome. It was a nice touch. Supermarket and plenty of eateries near by and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The neighbors were extremely friendly and we would definitely visit again!

We had a wonderful stay. Any minor issues were addressed and corrected immediately. Perfect location if you need to be in both Newark and Wilmington.
