Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Philadelphia

This 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom home with a hot tub had everything you need for a short or long stay. It was only 2 of us, but the home easily has room for several couples, a friend group or family group. Close to lots of Philadelphia attractions and restaurants. The hosts were particularly kind and accommodating. Washer/Dryer was appreciated and worked well. Tvs in every room. Very comfortable and very spacious. I would highly recommend the home to anyone visiting Philadelphia!!!

Incredible spot. Hot tub on the roof has a beautiful view of the city and it felt very private. I would definitely stay here again

The place worked out great for our family. A very clean and homey apartment. Beds and pull out couch were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked. We were very happy with the home and the neighborhood.

Cory’s place was better than even expected - beautiful, immaculate, quiet and huge! Cory was also so friendly and easy to coordinate with!

We had a lovely stay and we’d happily stay there again. A cute, cozy, and charming apartment, and you can’t beat the location near the great East Passyunk neighborhood (restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, you name it). Great communication from our host, as well.

Marion was so easy to communicate with and the house itself was clean and beautiful, we had everything we needed and were all able to easily park on the street infront of the house, it was great for a group with lots of space and nice bedrooms/bathrooms, also not too far from center city so ubering in/out was easy as well. Overall Marion was a GREAT host and we had a great experience!

Second time staying at this property. Will look to rent again next time I am in Philly. Love the place, very nice, great area. Highly recommend and the host has been great both times! Answered any questions very quickly.

Although our stay was short lived we really enjoyed our time here. We were worried it would be difficult to find but with their descriptions it made it very easy to find. Parking was a nightmare but that’s out of their control. They did communicate to arrive earlier and we didn’t get there in the time we should have. They were very responsive and communicated very well. I would definitely stay here in the future. Philadelphia is such a beautiful city and I never even knew it. Thanks for having us!

These gentlemen were very kind, friendly and down to earth. Their home was extremely beautiful and worth the expense! We truly enjoyed booking with them and look forward to booking with them again in the near future! I highly recommend anyone booking with them, whether you have a large family or you’re just a couple looking for a nice place to stay during your getaway. Worth EVERY penny!
