Dolphins every day swim past, Pelicans, Gannets, Gulls, Loons, Ducks and more. The most beautiful cloud formations and sunsets out of this world, What a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We spent January 2025 there during the record snowfall. Pristine white sand beach at the end of the private boardwalk, so readily accessible, The walk in shower in the master bedroom has me thinking about a redo at our place, it was great. It was just as pictured. I booked off season and there was more than ample parking. There is a $50.00 parking fee that you will have to pay when you check in. We left an envelope with cash and a note inside with the make, vehicle model and tag number. We received a permit a few days later and parking manager was nice. The room was perfect, the view was amazing. Lots of Restaurant choices with in a few miles. We will book it again.
