Great place to stay- we will be back!

We had a great week on our vacation. Close to everything…restaurants, shopping, water park! The unit had everything to make our stay comfortable. The grounds were kept clean and large beach area was never too crowded. Loved the bathroom access near the pool.

I can't say enough good things about the condo, our host, or Portofino Island Resort. This was by far the most relaxing active vacation we have had. We loved having access to jet skis, bikes, paddle boards and also just being able to relax on the beach. The condo was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed. Lia was quick to respond to every question and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in until we left. I also was super impressed by the staff at Portofino. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will return and would definitely stay in the same unit again.

I was so impressed with all the extra things Daron had available in the condo. From beach chairs, crab nets, to extra kitchen amenities, he went above and beyond any other rental I’ve been to. The condo has a great view and quick, easy access to a pool and beach. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Megan was a terrific host! We had to make a travel change and booked her place last minute. So glad we did! Very comfortable, accommodating, and memorable. Communication was top notch! 👌🏼

We had a great time. The condo is in a super convenient location in the middle of Gulf shores. There is a really nice grocery store across the street, a restaurant on the beach right next to the condominium, ice bags for purchase on the ground floor, chairs and umbrella rentals on the beach, etc. We really enjoyed it!

The mattress cover was torn on the main bed when we arrived, so we left another cover. The outside of the fridge could have been cleaned better. The bathrooms were great. We loved the covered parking because of its convenience and protection as there was a storm with strong winds one night. The dog walking area around the condo is very limited. We loved watching all of the sweet families enjoying the beach and pool from our private balcony. Overall, we had a very lovely stay.

This place was outstanding! The response from Denise on a few concerns were addressed rapidly. The space was perfect for a beach getaway with my dog. Recommendations provided, allowed us to explore pet-friendly areas on the Gulf Shores. Highly recommend booking with Denise and I will use again for my next trip to AL!

We had a fantastic stay at Farrar’s place! The apartment was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach! Farrar provided clear and helpful instructions and has been very responsive to our inquiries, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Farrar’s place!

Great location! Backs up right to the beach with a great view. Loved being able to have breakfast at the table out on the balcony while looking at the beach. Really appreciated that the host was open to large dogs!

We absolutely loved our stay at Daniel’s Silver Beach condo. We have stayed at several pet friendly places and this by far was the best - everything in the condo was spotless and the view was spectacular. We will definitely be back in this unit!!

This is a beautiful property with views as beautiful as the photos promise. The property management did a beautiful job preparing the condo and gave exactly what was described. We will visit again!

Nice condo close to the beach, restaurants and shops. There’s a very nice walking trail if you’re bringing a pet . The kitchen was well stocked! It even has a crockpot which is great to come home to after a day at the beach

Great place! The condo was in a very convenient location right across the road from the beach. Wonderful breakfast place just downstairs as well as a restaurant and bar n the next building. Five minute ride to FloraBama. Very clean and decorated nicely with all we needed. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful extended family stay for the Christmas holiday. The condo was clean and in a great location to watch the beach or sit, walk play on the beach. We enjoyed our stay in orange beach very much and were able to cook as to not spend lots of time eating out. The weather was a little chilly on the beach but it was still beautiful. Thank you for a great Christmas beach get away.

The accommodations were as beautiful as the photos and then some. Very clean, and spacios. Indoor heated pool and huge jacuzzi were a hit with the family. We will definitely be back when it is warmer to enjoy more of the outdoor activities. Thank you Stephanie for your assistance it was a great long weekend stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We went during a slower time for Gulf Shores which actually was best for us. The beaches were close and beautiful; restaurants were great and shopping was close by. Definitely lots of things to do. Only thing I would suggest (as a guest) is double checking if places around are open during the fall time - it appears that it is a slower time for the area and not everything was open. Also, the HOA closes the pool from November until March (not the condo owner’s fault) but something that would have been great to know ahead of time. The beach was still great! 10/10 recommend!

The place was ginormous, extremely clean, my four and seven-year-old actually had their own bedroom and bathroom. When I paid for the place, I did not realize how huge it was going to be. I had a beautiful view of the ocean in room 9504 this is a lot more money than I would usually pay, but I had an excellent experience.

What an amazing stay at Vic’s condo! Vic went over and above to be sure I could access the condo in the midst of terrible weather. The condo was amazing and the few was breathtaking!

This condo is a wonderful space with a fantastic view! Spacious, clean, and comfortable! Jonathan was very responsive and friendly. We highly recommend this condo and Jonathan as a host! Would love to come back and visit again!

This location is perfect if being on the beach is what you love. We enjoy the simplicity of grabbing our things and walking right out onto the sand without having to load up the car. We’d definitely stay here again.
