In the kitchen area has a microwave, air fryer,coffee pot, sink and a 5 foot refrigerator/freezer. There is a full bathroom, and a closet and bureaus for clothes.

Where do I start?! The place was great for my family and dogs. Hal has great communication and super helpful. Hal was going to the store one evening and actually offered to grab us something if we needed. He actually built a stand for the hot tub cover while we were there. Works great! The house has plenty of room. The shower outside was super helpful when we came back from the beach. Thanks Hal!

Awesome place and awesome host! It was lovely having a trial run at camper life with all the amenities I could hope for in a camper/air bnb in general. All the amenities/appliances were as listed and anything I needed, Yasmin and Larry were more than happy and very quick to help and accommodate. Neighborhood was friendly and safe. Also having unfettered water access and kayaks (5-10 min kayak out of the bayou into the bay/to private beaches) was awesome. Couldn’t have been better hosts; so communicative and always willing to help. Highly recommend.

Steven's home was clean, the master bedroom mattress was extremely comfortable and the view was great. There's a good selection of board games, good Wi-Fi and a smart TV. One thing to note is that there's only one TV in the house and it's in the living room. We had four adults, two children and a Pomeranian and there was plenty of room for all of us. At one point there was no hot water and Steven responded almost immediately. He had a gentleman that promptly arrived and fixed it. The neighbors are very friendly with great dogs. I have no complaints at all and would stay at Steven's again.

Clarence and Julie were awesome hosts! The fresh baked bread was especially wonderful. They made us feel like family and the accommodations were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed every minute that we were there and we are so grateful for them and the opportunity to stay.

Great stay for a groups of 13 adults and 4 kids. Lots to do. We really enjoyed our time! The location was quiet and beautiful! Only note is that the access to smallest queen bedroom is only through the main suite's room and bathroom or the bedroom with the twin bed. This was not ideal as we expected individual entrances to each bedroom. I may have missed that in the listing but I was very surprised by it when we arrived. We made it work and enjoyed our stay immensely!

Our extended family of 8 stayed here for some needed R&R. Kelley was very responsive, and let me know ahead of check-in that the cleaners left laundry behind. She got there before I did, but our daughter and family who were already there said they were super friendly and took care of the shortcomings of a new cleaning crew. She looked at the tile floors and felt like they were not clean to their standards and so remopped all the floors. We were very appreciative. Anything that came up, they quickly addressed and took care of. Honestly have never had a host be so attentive and responsive!! There are several sitting areas for people to spread out and have their own space. We had brought our own boat, and it was great being able to dock it right there on property. Kelley provides several kayaks and a paddleboard, and some life jackets - most of them are for children, fyi. We enjoyed our stay!

Place was clean and beautiful. We walked to the pier and just enjoyed a peaceful evening stroll gazing the bay. The villa was quiet and everyone we encountered was very friendly. Location was perfect and almost everything was within a reasonable distance. This was our first trip out here and Ben and his staff made us feel welcomed and was very helpful and communicative during our stay.
