Kimberly's place was clean, cozy, and comfortable! Our daughter goes to PCC, so it was a perfect location!

This home absolutely exceeded our expectations. The host was super kind and responsive, and finding the home was no trouble at all. The neighborhood it’s in is quiet and peaceful. It looked even better than in the photos. It was all around very welcoming and homey. It wasn’t a far drive from the beaches at all, and the drive to the beach is actually pretty nice. It is also close to a few different supermarkets for essentials and such. Definitely recommend staying here!

Mike is a great host. He was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The house was exactly as described. This was the best stocked Airbnb we have ever had, plenty of linens, the kitchen had plenty of supplies including spices. We had plenty of space for our large group. Highly recommend 😊

We loved staying at this cute, new home and enjoyed riding the bikes around with my eleven-year-old nephew. We took a walk/bike ride to a nearby park and to get ice cream. When I discovered the latch on the gate was broken, the owners were responsive and came out to fix it. The house was very comfortable and had great amenities. I really appreciated having a fenced backyard space for my two dogs. I definitely recommend this home!

My son and I booked this home along with his friends. We were there for a college basketball game but stayed the next week to visit. It was quiet, peaceful and a good place to stay for our needs. Thank you Jeff

We loved our stay here. The house is very well appointed with nice furnishings and super comfy beds and soft sheets. It had everything our family needed and we loved relaxing in the backyard. We were also close to everything! Definitely would recommend!

A great home in a great location with an outstanding host who was very responsive and accommodating. We had guests whose flights were coming in early and so we were able to check in earlier, which was great. The pool and outside kitchen, actually the entire outdoor space is inviting, quiet, and secluded. We enjoyed the amenities. The home is beautiful, spacious and easily accommodates 10. They also take pets, even though we decided not to bring ours. We will always look to reserve here first for future Pensacola trips.

My friends and I loved staying here for a wedding weekend! The host was very responsive and assisted with anything we needed. Check in and check out was very easy, and the home was very clean. We would absolutely stay again!

Kenny is hands down the best host we have had in a long time. His home is exactly how he described and he is super responsive to questions I had during my stay. Felt right at home and we will definitely be back. Just book it!

We had the most amazing family vacation, everything about the stay was perfect! The host was extremely accommodating and responsive. We had an issue with some carpenter bees and within minutes the host was able to schedule pest services to come treat the house. The pest guy was super friendly and very helpful in explaining that the “aggressive” male bees were in fact harmless and couldn’t sting! We felt so much more at ease knowing this. When the blender didn’t work they dropped a new one off the following day! I wish I could give more than a 5 star review!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!! The cottage was immaculate!!! We enjoyed two nights relaxing in the hot tub, beds were comfy, kitchen pretty well stocked. Hated to leave and go back to reality. We will most definitely be booking again really soon!!!

Barry was an excellent host, starting with his kindness. He offered me an early check-in and a later check-out at no extra cost. The property is nicer than the photos, quiet, comfortable, and has everything you need. The jacuzzi adds a little something extra. The property is close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and various activities. I highly recommend it.

We had an awesome weekend. The home is very comfortable and had everything that we needed and some things we didn't realize that we needed. The decor was very warm and added to the comfort. This location was a short drive to the Pensacola Bay Center and multiple restaurants and attractions. We indulged in multiple restaurants that were recommended by our hosts. Our pool day was very relaxing and peaceful. Overall we Loved It!!! We are planning to return with a larger group next visit. Thank you Michelle and James for the Awesome weekend! ❤️

Fantastic spot, the neighborhood was beautiful! House was great, with pool and hot tub. What helped the most was the hosts were responsive and flexible. When the code to get in wouldn’t work, they tried to get it resolved quickly. Hot tub problems? Over in less than an hour to fix it. I do wish some of the cleaning supplies were available - like a vacuum. But that’s about the only thing I would change.

It is a beautiful home and quiet neighborhood.

Joshua's house was a very nicely laid out house that we were able to sleep 8 people in without issue. The pool was a nice space that the kids loved to swim in. We had a couple of details that we brought to Joshua's attention and he quickly addressed them. Anything we needed from Joshua was quickly addressed via messages through the Airbnb app. The kitchen had a nice amount of space which we felt allowed us to feel like we weren't crowded. The cooking spaces was helpful to save a little on eating out for every meal. Laundry was available on site which meant we were able to pack lighter for our week stay. There was construction next door but we hardly noticed it because of the fence surrounding the property. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was gorgeous and comfortable! The beds were great which is what we look for. The private pool was incredible! The hosts, David and Tracy were wonderful!

We had a great stay with our dogs! The fenced in yard is great. Our dogs loved it! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and it was close to the beach. About a 10+ minute drive just depending on traffic.

Very nice home and it met all our needs. We were in town for a wedding. Home was in a good location to downtown Pensacola and to Pensacola beach. If in the area, we would stay there again.

This location was perfect! The property was beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. Anthony was extremely responsive and very friendly! My family loved the private pool and the proximity of the house to restaurants and stores.
