Great accommodation in Zemun! In the apartment you will find everything you need, both for a short-term and for a long-term stay. You will feel there like at home! Very clean. You will also find very good conditions for office work. The area is very calm, quiet and with a lot of greenery. There are a lot of shops near the accommodation. The centre of Zemun and the centre of Belgrade are very easily reachable both by a car or by a bus.

This apartment is small but super cozy, and we absolutely loved it! Annamaria is a fantastic host who truly cares about her guests. We arrived early in the morning and asked for an early check-in, and she kindly made it happen without any trouble at all (we’re so thankful for her kindness!). She welcomed us, gave us tips about the best places to eat and drink nearby. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything we needed, plus a lovely surprise of snacks and a bottle of wine. The location couldn’t be better—everything is just a short walk away, including shops, cafes, restaurants, the riverside promenade, and the beautiful old town. If you’re visiting Novi Sad, I can’t recommend this place enough—it’s the perfect home away from home!

Easy check in, easy check out, good stay

Everythinglike as in the photo. In the old city center, at the corner of the market. A lot of necessary little things and beautiful details makes staing in apartment very comfortable. The owners take great care of their guests and filled the accommodation with everything you need. The air conditioning works great and we used it all the time, which was helpful in cold weather. Unfortunately, the radiators in the house unfunctional and in winter it is very cool inside. Thanks to the owners for the heater, it helped a lot. And in the summer, I think everything is just great.
