Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Pattaya City

Stayed a week with my wife and our (big) dog. Frankie was an awesome communicator, quick to reply to any message or query. When we arrived Frankie met us as soon as we got out of the car, huge smile and ensuring that we were ok. Frankie and Lek were super responsive to our dog, big pats and big smiles. We had a heap of bags and Frankie and Lek immediately helped to carry them up the single flight of stairs. When we got to the room, wow, so beautifully presented, clean and airy, lots of room and everything we could possibly need. The apartment is fresh and presents as new, easy to make yourself very comfortable! We couldn’t believe how clean our room would be after being made up by Lek, it was as if we had never been there! I highly recommend Asia Apartments and comment Frankie on presenting such well presented and affordable accommodation. Just a short walk to the beach, local markets and 2 7/11’s down the road, as well as so many restaurant choices! We will definitely stay again!

Overall it was good. The price was cheap. Amenities are great. There is everything, but I need a little more cleaning.

Jackie's place is great. The condo is new and stylish, plus the view! The room was nice, best for 2. But if you have more people like I did, it also fit. You will enjoy staying here. It is better if you have your own transportation. I'd recommend this place if you come to visit pattaya.

She is a very great host. Always responds quickly and takes your questions seriously and resolves them. That's why I come back every year.

The host, Ellen, is very proactive with information. The security is very through and Ellen was very helpful with gaining access. The apartment is in a beautiful building close to everything in that area. Washing machine on balcony was clean, new, and convenient. The apartment looks just as described. I highly recommend this place.

Overall, my experience at that unit was great. The Internet is not good, but overall my stay was pleasant. Housekeeping was great. The laundry service was great.

Strand is nice host. Condo is very comfortable and quiet and clean. His accommodation was quiet and clean. He was kind and answered questions promptly. Their family had a bright smile and kindness to feel good when checking in and out. I will stay at his condo once more.

There's a lot of food around and you can walk. It's easy to get anywhere because Seongtaewoo passes by. The pool is great. The host is responsive and kind.

Everything was great, I'd love to come back.

PROS: Pristine looking apartment. Kitchen and bathroom were clean. All the appliances worked. No problems with the internet. Washing machine worked fine. Shower had hot water. The location was right in the middle of all the nightlife action. Everything was so close- I could see Tree Town and Central Pattaya Mall right from the balcony. The beach was within walking distance. 7-11 was even closer. CONS: I was almost 100% satisfied with the apartment if it wasn’t for the occasional bug or cockroach crawling across the counter, which probably came from adjacent apartments that WEREN’T clean. I couldn’t get the electric stove to work the last few days I was there. Somehow the lock feature got turned on. Not sure how that happened. Other than that it was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

Very comfortable! Two queen beds.There are also three toilets plus two showers.It is truly convenient.Having a washing machine and a dryer was also great.

Arslan is a great host. Very friendly and helpful. The condo is very quiet and the condo staff is very friendly.

I've been to this resort several times, in various apartments. You get what you pay for. There are simple service offerings in the area. Peaceful, yet relatively central. The resort has over 1700 apartments, but it doesn't seem crowded. Pool areas are amazing. Hostess Christina is nice, welcoming and I am very happy with the stay. The apartment is simple, affordable, and has the essentials.

good complex. Not far from the sea, but close to the park. Nice, clean pools, close to shops and cafes. It was convenient to communicate with Ivan, solved all the problems during.
