Beach house vacation rentals in Pattaya City

an amazing spot for a vacation. the amenities were perfect for a relaxing stay with friends. highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to relax out by the pool or host movie nights.

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

House location is perfect for family. Save with good security guard, private, quite yet near to amenities and the beach. The pool is clean and very chill to hang outside beside the pool. I would definitely stay again.

The house is exactly the same as in the picture and everything was perfect during our stay, the host quickly reply to our questions , house is big and enough for all of us, we will definitely come back!!

The house is little faraway from hotspot (around 25-30 mins walk to beach) but worked well for us, grab was easily available so no issue with the location. it's beautifully decorated and loved the bed/pillows and amenuties such as fridge, TV etc. the house is small but big enough for 4 people and was cozy. The only point was the size of the pool - it's smaller than how it looked in the photo (perhaps 2m length). it's more for taking a dip or hangout with friends with a drink but not for swim and chill. Plus finding the house number was little confusing at first as the number is not visible though it's right next to entrance. however the host was very responsive so wasn't a big deal.

The owner of the house is very kind. The house is beautiful on the cover. And most importantly, there is a big swimming pool. We are with our family. It is comfortable. The location is only 10 minutes away. We will definitely come back to live again.

The facilities of the new house are also very new, in the villa area, it is very quiet, and it is convenient to go out and go anywhere. It was very late when we arrived, the host intentionally let my aunt come and receive it.The little ones love to play the pool and the water is clean

The room is very tidy, the towel toothbrush is fully equipped, the host has a must answer, very hospitable, the pool is very clean, the pool is very clean, the billiard table is close to a little, the air conditioning is enough, the neighborhood feels very safe

Amazing property and amazing host

just returned home after 2 lovely weeks staying here, we used the pool everyday it was always clean and fun, our host was responsive on all communications and staff delt with any requirements. All in all had a wonderful time.

Dongbae was a wonderful host. Very responsive and very helpful.

The host is very nice and will provide information and help. The villa is also convenient and beautiful. I will stay again when I come to Pattaya in the future. Suitable for a few friends or a big family to stay together.

Location is very convenient with food readily available within 100 metres outside at Rompho market. The first stall selling Thai Food serves very nice fried chicken wings and affordable too. 7 eleven are both available on both left and right of the View Talay Villas but the left side one is nearer, with 1 smaller one and a larger one. If you go right towards Tops, there is a beef noodles stall which is very tasty and affordable (50thb). Every morning you will see a grey cat catwalk along the wall besides the pool. The furniture and sofa are a bit old and I had already advised Yilin to change the sofa if possible. Overall this is a nice place to stay in Pattaya as the area is not very crowded and not noisy compared to the Pattaya Beach area. Also it is close to Jomtien Beach and Dongtan Beach. Cross the road and walk about 400m.
