I also really appreciated how safe and secure the property felt. And that pool—so big and perfect for relaxing! Would definitely recommend and love to stay again.

An amazing stay in the perfect location! The apartment exceeded our expectations—it looks much better in person than in the photos. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The best surprise was the powerful air conditioner, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing but made our stay incredibly comfortable, especially in the hot weather. Orada was a fantastic host—very friendly, responsive, and helpful with everything we needed. The location is unbeatable—you can walk directly to the beach as soon as you step out of the facility, making it incredibly convenient for a relaxing seaside stay. Considering how expensive Pattaya is getting, this place is excellent value for money. Close to everything yet peaceful, it’s truly a hidden gem. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Nuo was great. We arrived an hour earlier than planned, no problem, Nuo was there in 10mins to give us the keys and show us in. The TV was broken, no problem, Nuo went out and bought and installed a new one within a couple of hours. Great host, thank you Nuo.

I had a fantastic stay at Sirin’s place! From the beginning, communication was smooth, and Sirin was very accommodating to my requests. Since I needed to cook my own meals, she ensured the apartment had basic cooking utensils, and when I needed a few additional items like bowls, she promptly arranged for them. The check-in process was seamless, and Sirin kept me updated every step of the way. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Even when I mentioned a small issue like the absence of a bathroom mat, she immediately arranged for one to be delivered. Throughout my stay, Sirin was responsive and helpful, always ensuring I had everything I needed. Her hospitality and attention to detail made my experience truly enjoyable. If I visit Pattaya again, her place will be my first choice! Highly recommend! 😊✨

Absolutely loved staying a month here! Beautiful facilities, easy to walk to most places! Excellent pools! Loved the sunset every night! The cafe and little store on the grounds were very nice! The shower had great pressure! All kitchen items needed for a long stay! Definitely would stay again!! The laundry and water on the 5th floor was very convenient!!

Yen is a very nice and dear host / landlord. If my wife or I had a concern or any questions, they responded immediately and helped practically. Unfortunately, due to a motorcycle accident, my wife was bound to a wheelchair for the first 4 weeks. Initially, we wanted to cancel the vacation immediately. But since the apartment as well as the terrace with the beautiful view had a lot of space and my wife could reach every corner of this pretty apartment with the wheelchair, we decided to stay. It was also the best decision for us. Due to the climate, the fantastic facility and surroundings, my wife recovered relatively quickly. The whole atmosphere around it can be described as perfect peace of heart and soul. The large quiet complex with a huge swimming pool is very clean and well guarded. The security staff is extremely friendly and helpful. IN SHORT..., WE'LL BE BACK :-))

My wife and I recently stayed 3 weeks at Matjaz’s apartment. Our stay from check in to check out was enjoyable. Matjaz is a wonderful host, and is both helpful and personable. The apartment contains all of the amenities needed for both a short or long term stay and is located near to restaurants, markets, the beach, etc. we enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment highly.

Great location, close to the beach, without the traffic of being right on the beach. The pool is huge and well maintained. Lots of restaurants nearby and two good grocery stores within a 5 minute walk if you want to get snacks or cook for yourself. There's also a pretty well stocked convenience store right in the building. The apartment is well furnished and quite roomy for a couple. The kitchen is decently equipped. The bed is large and firm, but comfortable. There are two balconies with a lovely sunset view.

The location was excellent.　 It was close to the sea, moderate from the center, and there were many cheap and delicious shops. It was nice that the host's explanation was polite and quick. I'd love to stay here again.

This beachfront condo was a dream! Waking up to stunning sunrise views from the balcony and ending the day with a rooftop infinity pool sunset was pure magic. Absolutely loved it! The location is perfect, quiet for relaxation yet steps from the beach and ideal for water sports. Plus, it’s close to great local and international food restaurants, shops, and essentials. The condo is modern, stylish, and well-equipped, exactly as described. felt like home! A huge thanks to Takahiko, an amazing host, very responsive and incredibly helpful, even recommending the best kite surfing spots. Smooth self-check-in and a seamless stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect mix of adventure and tranquility! We’ll definitely be back :)

Great place in great location. The palm is a lovely property on Wongamat beach (North of Pattaya) with direct access to the beach and great pool and amenities. This condo has a nice view and all the amenities needed. Definitely recommend it to others. There are a couple of restaurants down the road for breakfast and lunch, and there are a couple of family marts (convenience stores) just across the road. If you want to get into the city center, you will need a taxi or car - download the Grab app or get a taxi outside about 300m from the condo. The taxis don't run on meters in Pattaya, so getting a Grab is sometimes more convenient and cheaper.

Jarvis is a great host. The actual room was immaculate. It had plenty of utensils, plates cutlery etc. More than most places provide! He responded very quickly towards any questions I had. One thing to note is the walls can be thin, so there isn't great soundproofing. I was hearing noises from neighbors but it was NOTHING to do with Jarvis' rental. I understand he has no control over who stays in the rooms nearby! Other than that, couldn't recommend this price any higher 🙏🏽

it was so near to beach and we were getting tuk tuk to go to walking street per person 10Bhat and while coming also we got tuk tuk after getting down it was walkable distance.the room was tidy and hygiene.loved the place .I recommend for people who loves to stay near beach.
