Great place to relax

I am not so fond of writing but I still wonder why this property don't have golden leaves i request airbnb please consider this, really was an amazing stay fell like home.

My stay with David was excellent. Alain, the property manager was incredibly friendly and always attentive and willing to help. The property was as described. You can have anything delivered from all over the city. Ordering a Bolt or Uber is easy, fast and affordable. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at Uncle Noom's house. The host was always responsive and friendly. The house was great and has everything you may need and more! We were pleasantly surprise and enjoyed all the little details of the organization in the house. It is well thought out and clearly arranged with the experience of living in it. The location is right in between the beach and the wet market. Easy to get supplies and enjoy a BBQ by the pool/jacuzzi. We seriously enjoyed our weekend!

We had a really good time at the villa. It was well appointed and made for a comfortable stay. The only drawback was the loud construction in neighbouring buildings which was annoying early mornings, and when we were outdoors in the pool area during the day.

The host here was very nice and the place was also very good. Its location was also very good. We did not see such a place in the whole of Pattaya.

It was a family trip. 5 adults used it. I was able to use it comfortably like my own home. Capsule coffee, washing machine, spacious living room, various amenities, and close to the city, so the accessibility was good. It was convenient because there were restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I'd like to use it next time I get a chance.

The house is little faraway from hotspot (around 25-30 mins walk to beach) but worked well for us, grab was easily available so no issue with the location. it's beautifully decorated and loved the bed/pillows and amenuties such as fridge, TV etc. the house is small but big enough for 4 people and was cozy. The only point was the size of the pool - it's smaller than how it looked in the photo (perhaps 2m length). it's more for taking a dip or hangout with friends with a drink but not for swim and chill. Plus finding the house number was little confusing at first as the number is not visible though it's right next to entrance. however the host was very responsive so wasn't a big deal.

This house is as beautiful as a piece of art, and once the door is covered with egg flowers, it is truly wonderful!It's full of art, like living in a museum.The open courtyard brings in the cool breeze and listen to the ringing of the wind chimes for a nice lunch break.But also a problem is that there will be mosquitoes bites.It is best to have transportation to live here as it is necessary to walk more than 1km to the main street.However, there are a lot of highly acclaimed food to enjoy in the surrounding area and enjoy a quiet night.

Very nice place to stay and amazing host. Very helpful and responsive host. Easy check in and check out process. The host came to give our deposit back at 5 am in the morning because we had to check out at that time, and i felt that it was very kind of him

The villa is located in an old resort and around a 10-minute drive from the beach. The highlight was the pool, from its cleanliness to the jacuzzi functions. Since it’s in an old resort, the furniture is a little out of style and has some wear and tear, but it has all the facilities and amenities mentioned. It’s pet friendly and there is no extra cost. The host is also very responsive and friendly and quickly solved any issues we had. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

We stayed at this property for the second time and were not disappointed. The house matches the pictures and the description. Host was very gracious and always available. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The villa was cleaned daily. A car is recommended as it is a bit remote. Otherwise very quiet. We will definitely be back.

Overall a great place to stay. Quiet & peaceful with a dipping pool to cool down. Taxis however had difficulty finding this place.

The facilities of the new house are also very new, in the villa area, it is very quiet, and it is convenient to go out and go anywhere. It was very late when we arrived, the host intentionally let my aunt come and receive it.The little ones love to play the pool and the water is clean

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

I stayed here for 4 nights with mine and my brothers family. There were 8 of us in total and we had plenty of room. The villa is well equipped and each large bedroom has an en-suite which is great. The pool is amazing and the kids pretty much stayed in that the whole time. If you like all the electronics there is plenty here to entertain you and once my son worked out the karaoke machine we had a fun night of singing. There were some minor issues with a drain in one of the bedrooms but after a message to the host someone arrived very quickly to resolve. When you walk out of the villa there is a 7/11 within 2 mins walking which is handy for drinks and snacks. Get yourself the bolt app and you can book taxis to anywhere in Pattaya. We loved it here and would definitely come back when we visit Pattaya again.

Yochsawat is a great host- quick replies, reasonable. House was comfortable and just what the listing said. The only thing I had trouble with was putting the address into maps. But if you enter “Yoch pool villa” it comes right up.
