After seeing so many mixed reviews for other apartments in the same complexelsewhere, we chose to stay and book with Air Bnb because this room is on the ground floor, had easy access to the pool and the reviews from other guests were also really good. Ye (Jay) was very responsive and easy to deal with. This complex feels very family friendly and safe compared to the Grand Carribean. We like that it was much easier to walk to beach and we would recommend Ye’s place for anyone that wants a family friendly accommodation with cooking facilities. The location is fantastic and close to restaurants As well. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The house was very good and 100% as described! Only few steps away from the beach. I will definitely go back there!

House is huge, pool is nice , fast wifi but little bit far out from Pattaya and need to do more work on cleaning the bathroom BUT overall is great, and one more thing that I didn't see on her description was i had to pay deposit 3,000 bath when i checked in and got it back after checked out. Thank you.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Kate’s place. It was peaceful and perfect for reflection and meditation. Kate’s communication was excellent—she was responsive, friendly, and helpful, which made everything easy for us. We spent most of our time in the apartment relaxing and ordering food, and her instructions were clear and detailed. The location was quiet, private, and had beautiful views of the hills. It created a calm and relaxing atmosphere for us to enjoy. The apartment was clean, and a tidy layout. The bed was comfortable, though comfort depends on personal preference. Minor details didn’t affect our great experience of connecting with one another to figure out our next steps as a newly married couple. We recommend Kate’s place to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. Thank you, Kate, for being such a great host. We hope to stay again in the future

Mint, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. the accommodation was a very convenient location, very close to the beach, to a supermarket, and lots of street food. it was peaceful and relaxing. highly recommended.

The host is perfect! Very kind and responsive! The accommodation is impeccable 👌 clean, very good smell , sheets like a hotel! high-end ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ pool, gym, billiards... The location is close to the beach and all amenities which is perfect for getting around however very noisy until 2am with double glazing, so if you want absolute rest and go to bed at 10pm you have to go further. I would have preferred to know before booking because it's an essential element for me… even if the place was more than perfect which justifies its price.
