Monthly Rentals in Pass Christian

I like to stay here when I participate in the Art in the Pass Art festival. It is a very comfy space and walking distance to the venue. The bed is comfortable and the space is clean. The price is very reasonable and it is very close to the beach.

Joe's place is very pleasant. The location is so convenient being close to Walmart, church, school, restaurants and hospital. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Joe is an excellent host. He is very attentive to our questions and needs. He has clear instructions. He replies quick.

Had a great stay. Place was very clean and organized. Very good neighborhood. Walking distance to beach and restaurant s. There not big but fit my needs perfectly. I would highly recommend. Brindy responded quickly when I had questions.

This place was worth more than 5 stars. Absolutely worth every penny we spent on the place…maybe even more. The place was clean and had everything we needed. She was excellent in communication with us throughout our stay. We will be coming back.
