Monthly Rentals in Palm Desert

Vic and Salpi's place was a real delight right from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed. Such a thoughtful and wonderful welcome package to start with, which was completely unexpected. Came with so many extras unmentioned - amazing. Vic was so quick to respond with what few questions we had. Really enjoyed having the garage and the use of the golf cart for a few rides and the bikes worked out perfectly. Our little grandson loved the golf cart and the pool, of course, we all loved (perfect location) along with a few pool toys and other toddler items as well. Honestly, for us this was truly home away from home - just our style! We have been coming to the desert for 20 years during October as we love it and will definitely return to this great condo again!! Really all you need to bring...are your clothes. We stayed at Brandon’s place for 4 nights. It was wonderful. The place had lots of light, large rooms, a usable garage with opener and more. The kitchen was well stocked and had great appliances. Brandon also supplied plenty of coffee and tea which was a bonus. The home was open concept, there were wonderful patios on two sides of the property. There was both indoor and outdoor living with several umbrellas to block the sun. It was very private and quiet. The pool was outside the back door and took less than a minute to walk to. This was a family trip and everyone loved the location and accommodations. Shopping, coffee shops and places to eat were plentiful. I would highly recommend staying here and plan to stay again in the future.

I am always suspect of the beautiful pictures as they try to present the house as positive as possible. When we arrived I can honestly say that the house exceeded our expectations in every way. We stayed here for a month and Shannon was very responsive to every text and question. The house has everything you could possible need and I mean EVERYTHING. I honestly dont know what I could suggest to make it a better stay. We will definitely be back!!

what a cozy and quiet place to stay in palm desert!! Located in a very quiet and safe gated neighborhood that's perfect for evening walks, and only a short drive to almost anything you need (there's also a Sprouts right down the street). Eisenhower hospital is an easy commute with only two turns. Sara was prompt in her communication and took care of anything needed during my stay. Would definitely stay here again!
