Monthly Rentals in Palatka

I stayed in the studio for about a month and a half and had a great time. The community is great, everyone is very nice. The grocery store right across the street is as convenient as it gets and there is a laundromat 1/4 mile down the road. The studio itself was very clean and it has all of the necessities.

This is a cozy place located on a private cul de sac. It is very pleasantly decorated and neat and tidy. The bedroom is spacious with a nice dresser and good size closet. The bathroom has a nice large tiled shower. There is on open kitchen, dining and living room area. The washer and dryer unit worked really well. Owners were very responsive. It is outside of town but a short drive to Palatka with a lovely state park and a nice golf course. St Augustine is only about an hour’s drive away. We had a pleasant stay.

Faith is an amazing host, so engaged and thoughtful - so many nice touches throughout the space. We enjoyed our stay in this vintage bungalow!
